Over the last week we’ve seen 59%, 154%, and 541% moves.

What can I say…OTCs are back, baby!

Trading OTC stocks are simple…but not easy.

But if you take the time to master the patterns I teach…you’ll begin to spot potential Supernova’s before they make their insane moves.

In fact, there’s a critical component to catching these wild moves that most traders aren’t aware of.

Today, I’ll share with you what that is, and how you can set yourself up to take advantage of it.

Why I Love OTCs

If you are just learning how to trade, I want you to understand what are OTCs and how they work…

Why?

Because they are so damn predictable and they have some of the biggest moves any trader could ask for!

Let’s face it, can you tell me the last time stocks like Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) or Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) moved 30% in a day?

I can’t remember…

And yet, there are traders who think the only way to make money in this industry is to trade big named stocks…

Which is completely far from the truth!

I didn’t make over 7.4 million by trading big named companies…

I did it by understanding how penny stocks work and being able to recognize key patterns as they happen…

But I also made sure I had the right tools to help me become successful.

There is no denying that OTCs are crap companies, they are never going to make it big…

In fact, I bet you the majority of these will go bankrupt after a few short years, but that doesn’t mean you can’t profit from them!

All OTCs start from nothing and then out of nowhere, they can potentially spring to life…

Maybe it’s from a promoter’s work, short squeezes, or maybe it had something to do with this…

Breaking News

News catalysts can be very powerful and we saw that again just yesterday…

Once again, StocksToTrade Breaking News has proven itself by spotting another big trade…

And these are the best types of trades to take full advantage of.

Here was my big trade from Tuesday…

AiAdvertising, Inc. (OTC: AIAD)

*Risked $2,152.70 In Capital to profit $822

I entered the trade at $0.011 and exited it at $0.0152, profiting a quick 38.18% in a matter of minutes!

With these types of plays, it’s important to keep my penny stock framework by your side…

As there are short sellers lurking somewhere near the top where they are looking to unload.

This is why I like to take quick profits and not try to always wait for the top…

Because as we can see these stocks are very volatile and can move quickly…

And it can easily come back down just as fast as it went up, depending on the news.

As I am writing this, look what happened to AIAD after I took my profits near the top…

Notice how the volume started to fade…

This is why it’s so important to have StocksToTrade Breaking News and be more prepared than ever for when you’re alerted…

Because some of these trades may end quickly, like what you have seen here today.

But some of these plays could turn into a multiday runner, or just be a full-blown Supernova in just a few days before it comes back down…

Take a look at AMTD Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: HKD)

It’s important to understand what the next steps are after getting a StocksToTrade Breaking News Alert.

First, you need to see if the stock starts to gain momentum and if volume starts getting added into the mix…

Then next, if the stock starts to move upwards, plus there is a lot of volatility, you need to make a decision quick if you’re going to buy.

News catalysts can be incredibly powerful, and in fact, I think they are one of the best you can get.

So as the majority of these stocks are being beaten down and the January Effect is still in play…

More Breaking News

Plus a StocksToTrade Breaking News play is added into the mix, we can really start to see quite the fireworks display!

One Last Thing

January has been one of my best trading months in a while, and I hope you were able to capitalize on a lot of these big plays!

Despite all of these huge moves and amazing opportunities we are seeing, there are still traders who don’t own StocksToTrade Breaking News…

And it blows my mind!

Making money isn’t easy, but when you have easy profits like we are seeing with some of these plays such as…

  • Global Tech Industries Group, Inc. (OTC: GTII)
  • National Asset Recovery Corp. (OTC: REPO)
  • AiAdvertising, Inc. (OTC: AIAD)

You want to make sure you don’t let another big opportunity like this slip away!

Finding a stock to trade is only the first part as it starts to ramp up…

And it could lead to more trading opportunities on the way down…

So be sure you are prepared and know what to look for!

Until next time…

-Tim

The available research on day trading suggests that most active traders lose money. Fees and overtrading are major contributors to these losses.

A 2000 study called “Trading is Hazardous to Your Wealth: The Common Stock Investment Performance of Individual Investors” evaluated 66,465 U.S. households that held stocks from 1991 to 1996. The households that traded most averaged an 11.4% annual return during a period where the overall market gained 17.9%. These lower returns were attributed to overconfidence.

A 2014 paper (revised 2019) titled “Learning Fast or Slow?” analyzed the complete transaction history of the Taiwan Stock Exchange between 1992 and 2006. It looked at the ongoing performance of day traders in this sample, and found that 97% of day traders can expect to lose money from trading, and more than 90% of all day trading volume can be traced to investors who predictably lose money. Additionally, it tied the behavior of gamblers and drivers who get more speeding tickets to overtrading, and cited studies showing that legalized gambling has an inverse effect on trading volume.

A 2019 research study (revised 2020) called “Day Trading for a Living?” observed 19,646 Brazilian futures contract traders who started day trading from 2013 to 2015, and recorded two years of their trading activity. The study authors found that 97% of traders with more than 300 days actively trading lost money, and only 1.1% earned more than the Brazilian minimum wage ($16 USD per day). They hypothesized that the greater returns shown in previous studies did not differentiate between frequent day traders and those who traded rarely, and that more frequent trading activity decreases the chance of profitability.

These studies show the wide variance of the available data on day trading profitability. One thing that seems clear from the research is that most day traders lose money .
