Yesterday was a $7,000ish profit day for subscribers and I ($3500 profit day for me):
Too many trades lately, go look on Profitly to see how everyone’s doing
Portage Resources Inc (POTG), Location Based Technologies Inc (LBAS), LATITUDE SOLUTIONS INC (LATI), Jammin Java Corp. (JAMN) and RESPECT YOUR UNIVERSE (RYUN) are the pumps that are potential short every day…I profited another $600 on POTG shorting into the 13 to 30 cents/share runup due to the split…took profits too quickly at 27, several subscribers also shorted at IB and covered at 22, 23, and 24…this was a gimme…always be watching for shares to short, especially after big runups.
Quepasa Corporation (QPSA), Zagg Inc (ZAGG), Sify Technologies Limited (SIFY) and Glu Mobile Inc. (GLUU) are the long suffering speculative internet and technology plays popular with smallcap traders these days…I bought QPSA and made $1k, leaving another $1k on the table exiting too quick as I am prone to do…ZAGG was the big winner of the bunch up $2/share off its lows…all are still potential buys on big dips during this crash.
Snap Interactive Inc (STVI) just reported solid growth earnings after the close yesterday and the stock has been hammered, but the ignorant CEO LOVES talking about big losses and how they’re avoiding revenue right now to focus on mobile, funny he was singing quite a different tune when he was searching for millions to fund his mobile dreams…potential buy but let’s see how others react, this company stinks with its toxic financing deals and idealistic CEO, in all likelihood, it’ll never bounce for more than a few days again until they start putting out hype-ish press releases again.
STAAR Surgical Company (STAA), MAKO Surgical Corp. (MAKO), Rosetta Stone Inc. (RST) and BroadSoft Inc (BSFT) were the strong earnings winners…I bought RST and BSFT and made roughly $1500 between the two of them, shoulda woulda coulda bought the strongest of them all MAKO on the intraday dip to the 25s before finishing high at 29…all are potential buys on big dips and breakouts.
