My TIMalerts subscription service costs $49.95 and many people ask why I charge so much…
The reasons:
I am #1 out of 40,000 traders on Covestor and I seem to be the ONLY newsletter writer on the leaderboard
TIMalert subscribers made $1.1 million in 2009 (through November)
My business is to get compensated by subscribers who subscribe because I have good picks and strategy, as I was up 197% in 2008 and 141% in 2009.
Below you’ll see a “free” penny stock newsletter from the unethical promoters behind TheHotPennyStocks.com…but to help you understand the difference between my newsletter and these scumbags, I’ve embedded the daily chart of how their stock pick did the day of their pick, which they released just after the market open:
The day of their “pick” the stock dropped from 17 cents/share to 9 cents/share, a horrific performance. Understand they don’t care how their stocks perform because they don’t get paid by subscribers…in their disclaimer you’ll see “Penny Stock Finder has been compensated by Blue Wave Advisors four thousand
dollars for promotion of MRNJ for one week.”
Blue Wave Advisors gets paid by the worst companies in the world and their shareholders in order to pump up their stock prices so those shareholders can sell at inflated prices and/or the company can raise $ at inflated prices….pump & dump as the kids like to call it.
I don’t mind stock promoters, they create easy setups off which to trade…I do mind incompetent stock promoters and as evidenced by the chart above, these guys are exactly that….oh and Blue Wave Advisors is Beacon Equity aka Stock Preacher…the single worst rated financial product on Investimonials.com
As you can see, the “cost” of free penny stock newsletters is significantly higher than the cost of a $50/month newsletter slike TIMalerts….misinformation costs thousands of dollars per month.

> There is an old saying, “Aim for the sky and try not to miss!”
>
> Today’s alert company is aiming for the sky and it looks like it will hit it.
>
> Get ready to learn about: Metraton, Inc. (MRNJ)
>
> MRNJ is a “new media company” that is focused on mobile phone applications (apps)
and Web 2.0 services and products through a diversified group of subsidiearies
under the main corporate umbrella.
>
> The company has organized itself as a new media holding company and has a
corporate strategy that it calls “Build—Acquire- Monetize”. This strategy
involves ACQUIRING and ASSIMILATING fast growing companies and technologies/apps
in the hottest technology and entertainment sectors.
>
> In fact, on CNBC last night, they had a program (perhaps you saw it) called
“Planet of the Apps”. It was riveting and spoke about how pervasive and lucrative
smart phone apps have become. It was a timely bit of reporting and something will
have a major impact on MRNJ’s success.
>
> Here are some quotes from recent press releases that speak to what MRNJ is achieving:
>
> “This major agreement moves i-Mobilize one step closer to reaching its goal of
being the fourth largest distributor of mobile content by Spring 2010, behind only
Google, Apple and Amazon” said Joe Riehl, Metraton CEO .
>
> Mr. Riehl was talking about the agreement that its i-Mobilize subsidiary signed to
commence mobile delivery of entertainment and sports programming from Momentum
Entertainment and Sports Network, LLC. (MESN)
>
> The venture will include a series of iPhone and Droid applications for MESN’s
popular sports, reality, and lifestyle TV shows including Destination-X, Zone-X
and Josh and JB.
>
> MESN is a leading provider of entertainment and sports programming which to date
has distributed over 180 episodes of High Definition programming through CBS, NBC,
CW, Syndicated TV, AOL Video, Hulu.com, and MRNJ may, with its new agreement, have
access to a network reaches over 50 countries worldwide and over 650 Million
mobile phones. Link to PR1.
>
> Here is another quote that we like:
>
> Metatron CEO Riehl explained, “Our first iPhone Video Delivery app has been
submitted and APPROVED by Apple, and we have dozens of titles on sale NOW. While
we certainly are not yet a household name like Netflix or Blockbuster, we can now
bring classic movie content to millions of mobile devices, and expect to be
releasing thousands of titles in the coming months.”
>
>
> MRNJ was announcing that a new agreement with Digital Management Associates LLC
will enable the two companies to bring thousands of classic movie and television
shows to your mobile phone! Link to PR 2
>
> The company currently has 4 functional divisions:
>
> Online dating through its subsidiary CupidsDevil, Inc.
> Credit card processing through JustData Inc.
> Next-gen relational database development and search engine advertising
optimization through PB Magic Inc.
> Iphone/mobile device applications through via i-Mobilize, Inc.
>
>
> We don’t have the space to go into what each of these operating divisions do, so
we encourage members to follow this link to the Metraton website to learn more.
>
> We usually lead with the chart, but we were so excited about the company that we
turned that around. That is not to say that we aren’t excited about the chart,
too.
>
> MRNJ’s chart shows:
> A sharp decline around year end…tax sales, perhaps
> a strong recovery over the past few days,as evidenced by:
> Bullish Breakaway Gap on Monday
> Strong volume coming in to the stock (strong accumulation)
> The MACD crossing the “o” line and becoming a bullish indicator
> An oversold stochastics
>
> MRNJ is clearly a stock on a strong bullish trend and could run with an oversold
indicator for many more days as long as the trend stays strong.
>
>
>
> The trend is very positive for MRNJ and could mean further gains. Looking at the
chart, we don’t see a great deal of resistance (maybe at 17 cents) until
November’s high of 22 cents. The news has been positive lately and we are
recommending that members put this one on their radar.
>
> With the tremendous move we have seen so far for this one, there is no telling
where the ride will stop. So, as always book profits when you can and be sure to
limit losses. These momentum stocks can come down just as fast as they climbed
up, so be careful. We hope that you can enjoy the ride to “easy profits” on this
one though!
