Virnetx Holding Corp. (VHC) won $100+ million ruling against Microsoft Corporation (MSFT), but beside spiking 20% at the pen, the stock pretty much faded all day to finish up only 12% at 6.29ish…I wanted to short, but when there’s an actual favorable ruling rather than just a newsletter promotion, I hesitate as profitability of the trade comes down to timing, which I’m not usually great at…for scalpers only, no thanks
IntelliPharmaCeutics Intl Inc (USA) (IPCI) faded a bit to 3.14ish, but the volume just isn’t enough to really break the big bidders at 3ish…sideways price action means it’s still a potential short, but I really can’t trade such illiquid stocks…no play for me now.

Sino-Global Shipping America, Ltd (SINO) spiked back to 4.60ish before fading late day…I really can’t touch these illiquid stocks…everytime Lebed sends out sn email, it pops a bit…probly not a bad short for the longterm up here, but there is always risk with such illiquidity…no play for me.

Americas Energy Company (AENY) really started fading now down to $3…such a shame there are so few shares to short, I really think this is the beginning of the end and this stock will be under $1/share in the coming weeks/months…potential short.
