Jim van Meerten is notorious for his long picks in promotional mailer stocks Clear-Lite Holdings, Inc. (CLRH) and NXT Nutritionals Holdings Inc. (NXTH) “inadvertently” calling each one’s top rather perfectly in his articles n The otley Fool & in Seeking Alpha:

And because I gave him a lot of crap for that and rubbed in the fact that not only did he not read the SEC filings or did he realize (so he claims) that both stocks were promoted by the same group of stock promoters, have the same CFO and the same IR firm…he posted a followup article on The Motley Fool, accusing me of fraud, manipulation, lying and substance abuse, all without any evidence whatsoever.

The Motley Fool deleted that post so I can’t link it, but as I pointed out in my original post which included this poll, Jim was kind enough to post those accusations on his own blog too….and take a shot at The Motley Fool for “siding with stock manipulators”….I’d link to those posts, but since he couldn’t dig up any facts to support his thesis, he deleted those 2 posts too claiming “my aliases” were posting abusive comments (rubbish…I read the comments, they were simply asking him questions he failed to answer…FYI Jim, if any comment was abusive, you can always just delete that comments…just like you did to my comment in your latest post which you haven’t deleted)

The accusing me of things and then deleting of blog posts is very reminiscent of when the CEO of promotional mailer stock EMGE tried attacking me before his lawyer probly told him to delete his blog post, but as the former reigning title-holder of “the dumbest person in all of finance” his blog post accidentally told the world that his company was under SEC investigation! LOL, I can’t make this stuff up, I say penny stock people have the intelligence of Forrest Gump; you thought I was kidding, but now you’re seeing what I see on a daily basis.

Jim van Meerten even refuses to answer the question I posed him in the comments of this podcast: considering the stock promoters used Jim van Meerten’s name and quotes form his article when all those others quoted or featured have stock promoter ties or have been compensated with cash or shares, I asked him whether they contacted him for approval and more importantly, why he was attacking the guy exposing the stock promotion, not the promoters who used his name….no response as of yet….and given that we’re dealing with promoted penny stocks here, everyone is guilty until proven innocent.

    I hate to say it, but I completely agree with the above comment, and normally I side with you. The point of that comment has nothing do with all the nonsense you keep brining up. Go read it again. It’s clearly a narrative describing the internal workings of your being, lack of humanity, and most importantly the fact that time and time again you prove how incredibly devoid you are of any introspection. Like the post said, forget money and forget the market. The post is about YOU, as a human being, and I along with many others are quickly realizing how worthless your existence is in its current form.     BIG J, you actually are 'overweight', at 6'2"/230lbs so I guess you must not understand the very basic BMI calculations needed. You calculate out to a BMI of 29.5, BARELY UNDER BEING OBESE. People who call themselves 'big', have been shown in many studies to be insecure and actually obese, yet society looks fondly upon unique nicknames that that into account somebody's acknowledgement of flaws.     Hello Big, thanks for the reply. I wasn’t trying to be aggressive, sorry if it came across that way buddy! For sure BMI is RIDICULOUS for fitness, which is why I only used it in conjunction with the topic of whether you were “fat” or “fit” at 6’2″, 230lb. Most people would be at that combination. Sorry for not extrapolating, but I am certified via NAFC, AFPA, and as well ACE. I actually just opened my own gym here in the States after being the lead trainer with the Real Madrid Futbol Club in Spain for 5 years, so it’s an exciting time around here! I guess I deal/dealt with guys that have a much greater lactate threshold and wind relative to their BMI than most body-builders or typical weight-lifters, but obviously muscle mass can skew that BMI data. All I said was that 29.5 is very close to obese, and that’s where your data places you. I don’t know you, so that’s tough to say over the Internet! LOL. I would just say that maybe your aggression and seemingly obsessive need to control things are probably better suited for another website or activity (just from reading this page)

    1) You did not start this post, Tim did with his blog article. The focus was his disagreement with JVM….
    2) The douche who freaked out about Tim’s podcast can say whatever the hell he wants, its his opinion about a TOPIC OF FOCUS THAT TIM BROUGHT UP. I don’t agree with him, but I’m not about to go sound like a total ass-clown like you and pretend that I have some righteous cause to support/claim/defend/prove. I am responding to you because you are way out of line trying to change the focus of the discussion, not because I am right or think I am right. I know I am right, and so do you.
    3) You noticed somebody had typed something that in your contorted, warped, controlling, and manipulative world “wasn’t approved by Big J”. You are the kind of person who tells somebody at a side-walk newspaper machine that they can ONLY TAKE ONE, taking TWO IS STEALING….F-YOU for being such a control freak.
    4) Although you claim you are not an instigator, your posts above prove you 110% incorrect. You have no argument outside of “you are an idiot, hear me roar”. The real beef you have is that he said something you don’t like. You don’t need to be an expert to see that your personality and inability to control your emotions is what caused you to respond in the first place. He did not cause your response, YOU CAUSED YOUR OWN RESPONSE….
    5) When you attack, insult, and degrade with no true purpose and no real rationale for doing so, you detract from the positive things going at Tim’s site. Message board, yes say what you want, but once it’s typed, it’s there forever and you cannot take it back. Words have meaning, and you fail to recognize this. Never, would anyone be able to have that kind of conversation in public without a) a fight or b) the police being called. So understand that your attacks are not justified because you THINK highly of yourself, they are not correct because you think you spelling effects somebody’s thesis, and they have NOTHING TO DO with righteousness and respectability because you obviously have a problem with control, obsessive ‘last wording’, and in general you come across as a MEAT-HEAD-MALE-SYKES-GROUPIE trying to do his best “Tim impression”. The difference between you and Tim is that A) he owns the site, and you do not. What he says goes, what you say is pure bull-shit wrapped in a warm towel with which you just wiped your ass…and B) he is cool, and you are worn out tampon dispenser with a mouth that spews diarrhea and fingers that can find the right letters sometimes in the right order.
    5) Now, since we already know you are the sensitive type that needs to be “BIG” in everything they do to compensate for some hidden stupid insecurities, I know you are already planning your next flame. SO GO FETCH!
