This was sent to TIMalert subscribers at midnight this morning:
Check out my 30-minute podcast battle with Jim van Meerten, the guy who picked CLRH/NXTH just before their 50% collapses, not even bothering to check their SEC filings or realize they have the same CFO and IR firm…learn from his mistakes.

Force Protection Inc. (FRPT) broke out above 6, up 14% on the day after strong earnings, breaking out above an eight month base…resistance everywhere, especially at $7 so while I like this pattern to buy into, it’s much more difficult to buy broken companies with tons of bitter shareholders from years past….very similar to MCGC/BELM, neither which moved up in the days following the first big up day although MCGC has been a slow runner, now at 5.43, a respectable breakout above my buy from a few days ago at 5.15.
OccuLogix, Inc. (TEAR) was the one I coulda woulda shoulda shorted today, but I was too busy with ZANE…perrrrfect afternoon fade, especially when it broke below the morning low of $3.20ish down to $2.60ish within 30 minutes…again, not a TIMalert, this is how these volatile stocks rise and fall quickly when they break key support/resistance levels…still a potential short, but given it had its first down day, there’s a probable morning panic.
Vermillion Inc. (VRML) did announce the news I was expecting, but their PR was horrendous in how non-hyped up, it’s actually pretty amazing…methinks the executives are worried their stock is up too much so they don’t want to help create a Supernova…sad, but I was already out due to the lack of volume…good play for many of us
Zannett Inc. (ZANE) is for TIMalert subscribers only!
MedCareers Group, Inc. (MCGI) collapsed nearly 40% exactly like the other promoted stock WKLI…some TIMalert subscribers found shares to short, but most did not…what a shame, I’m going to have to open up a broker called TIMtrade and have unlimited shares to short of these pumps…good lesson, just print out that 5 day chart and put it on your fridge.
InfoLogix, Inc. (IFLG) surprisingly came straight back down to the $7 range after the prior day’s spike to $8.50ish…this stock price is as sturdy as Madoff’s hedge fund…potential short, but I probly won’t play such an illiquid stock given the number of opportunities elsewhere.
Emerson Radio Corp. (MSN) is for TIMalert subscribers only!
Americas Energy Company (AENY) is for TIMalert subscribers only!
Green Oasis Environmental (GRNO), Cascadia Investments Inc. (CDIV) and Health Enhancement Products, Inc (HEPI) each had their true first down day today…after incredibly steep runups on each, this is usually the beginning of the end…all are potential shorts although finding shares to short is difficult so they are probly best used for learning purposes only.
