Remember my interview on Mixergy.com about how to create a multi-million dollar business online?
Remember my blog post asking you guys if you thought NXT Nutritionals Holdings Inc. (NXTH) was a pump & dump?
Remember when TIMalert subscribers and I made $22,000+ short selling NXTH as it did its typical 50%+ intraday collapse?
Well, all 3 of those blog posts are relevant when it comes to the lesson I’m about to teach you:
Because I was just inspired to write this post immediately after seeing the CEO of Crowdgather Inc. (CRWG) talking about how his company is gonna blah blah blah blah acquire and blah blah blah.
I put in blah blah blah because that, in my experience is what his words are worth…I chose to feature the word “acquire” because even though he claims to be doing his acquiring mostly in cash, he also mentions equity is involved and it just so happens that his equity, CRWG, is being pumped up by a ridiculous newsletter email…my kind of play and I’ve been looking at short selling into this pumped up runup.
Now the CEO will likely claim innocence, but who cares–the word of a bum robbing a liquor store is worth more to me than that of ANY penny stock CEO, let alone that of one whose stock is being promoted by unethical stock promoters.
Andrew, everyone, world, you MUST rwatch my 10 instructional DVDs and subscribe to my 4 newsletters before you let these demons pretend they have no idea about why these six figure mailers are going around and inflating their stock prices by 100%, 200% even 300%….look at CRWG’s chart and see it’s only up due to this mailer below:
Notice the stock has begun dropping as the mailer’s effect wears off…
Pleaseeeeeee learnnnnnn about how these mailers work…the one below somebody paid $300,000 for and this is just one of the many floating around out there….the goal is to get the stock up for some purpose–usually for executives or shareholders to sell into or raise capital (NXTH-like), but my guess is for CRWG, they just want the stock up so they can acquire websites and look real and credible and wealthy…when if you look at how these paid promotional mailer stocks do, the end game is almost uniformly ruin for the company and its shareholders…
Case in point, do you know the very popular http://www.ebaumsworld.com/…they were acquired by a company called HandeHeld Entertainment (ZVUE) for cash and stock and whose stock just so happened to be promoted…depsite Ebaum’s popularity, look how the stock ended:
People you need to do a simple historical search and see how all the pumps of the past have fared longterm…go ahead and visit http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/ and type in these tickers, all of which were promoted/pumped at one time or another HYHY, KYUS, UOMO, CVRG, NENE, SPNG, GFGU, EMGE, GVBP, BONU, GETG, GAEC, GWSC, JYHW, AENY, PEPR, MEDC, ECOB, AMNP, AMLM, AWSL, IDAE…I COULD GO ON FOREVER BUT YOU’RE GONNA HAVE TO SUFFICE WITH MY BOOK FOR NOW AS I WRITE MY NEWONE!
I can also teach you by way of my 4 newsletters and 10 instructional DVD packages to profit from these promotions…and I profit legally by identifying the pumps and then trading long and short around them (currently up $1,000+ shorting Americas Energy Company (AENY) which was promoted with an $800,000 mailer), but first step is recognizing this pattern and not interviewing the CEO and treating him like a normal businessperson…because he’s not…he’s scum.
Scum for being in bed or allowing these kinds of ridiculous mailers that lure in the gullible and greedy, Sanjay you should be ashamed of yourself:
(I post this nasty-tiny-texted JPEG-disclaimer (as TIMfundamentals Part Deux DVD students know, this is to prevent Google searching it, shadddy) first since it’s all that really matter, everything under it is just advertising, I HIGHLY doubt Google Inc. (GOOG) is interested in CRWG and to spout this stock as a potential 10-bagger is not only ridiculous and irresponsible, it’s all dangerous and unethical…and possibly illegal (see this great post on what pump & dumps are)
