The 1st time NXT Nutritionals Holdings Inc (NXTH) was manipulated higher from the low $1s to the mid $3s, it took nearly a month before crashing and losing most of those gains all within a few hours, leaving those with stop losses stranded…a perfect pump & dump, the result of a $500,000+ mailer:
…all while NXTH’s sleazy CEO told Dan Dorfman on the Huffington Post that the stock collapse was due to “short sellers like Tim Sykes” (despite the fact that I never shorted it, I only exposed the $500,000+ ailer and FOX News’ Charles Payne’s involvement in the pump (we all remember Charles Payne’s & Co’s $400,000 SEC penny stock promotion fine, right?)
Well now, NXTH is being pumped yet again:
…this time due to a $320,000+ mailer (coincidentally (is it really a coincidence though LOL) hitting the very week Shaquille O’neal can begin selling 20,000 shares/day for his role in this pump & dump):
As I write this extraordinarily useful post on Sunday February 6th, I am not short this joke of a stockand it does me no good to expose this as the blatant pump & dump it is…in fact, it hurts since I will DEFINITELY be looking to short later this week, but knowing about all those involved, from Charles Payne, the freak looking Wollstein, Dan Dorfman at the Huffington Post to Jim Van Meerten at Seeking Alpha/Motley Fool…I doubt there will be many shares available to short so all I can do is write about them to help save some suckers from losing big, who will inevitably become TIMalert subscribers just like all the suckers I saved from SpongeTech Delivery Systems Inc. (SPNG), Hemispherx BioPharma, Inc (HEB), Imaging3 Inc. (IMGG) and Nutra Pharma Corp. (NPHC), and in hopes the SEC starts doing their jobs so I don’t have to stay up all night researching and writing posts like this (knowing the SEC is lazy, incompetent & likes looking at porn, all the usual suspects are probly safe, but I’ll just link back to this post time and again when NXTH crashes 50%+ for a 2nd time when this round of manipulation ends and TIMalert subscribers report even greater profits than those below)
(oh yes, TIMalert subscribers & PennyStocking DVD students have learned to be agile enough to profit $3,000+ from the pump as well as the dump…unlike the dinosaur clan of stubborn short sellers, we can adapt to profit short OR long…so we HOPE the SEC changes short selling rules making it more difficult to short such schemes and helping manipulators push these stocks from $1 to $10 instead of just $1 to $3–good job DUMBASS SEC, WITH THE PROPOSED NEW SHORT SELLING RULES, YOU’RE GONNA BE THE GREATEST STOCK MANIPULATORS IN HISTORY!!)
Got taken out of my NXTH position by my profit sl @ 2.48 for a $2000 profit. Wasn’t at the computer during that time otherwise I might have stayed in longer because I could have watched the action around that level. I’m not getting back in today. $2900 total on the pump so far, I shouldn’t get ahead of myself.

PS The company and suckers will claim NXTH’s sweetener really is good and that I am just a “stock demoter”…well, unlike Charles Payne, Wollstein & the rest of the eternally damned to hell, I don’t take $ from carcass companies and I explain in TIMfundamentals Part Deux for over an hour why NXTH’s business is bad and how to read their SEC filings to see those red flags…hint: despite all their PRs, sales dropped 60%+ during the first 9 months of 2009, it’s all just fluff.
