Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. (IDN) and ICx Technologies, Inc. (ICXT) have both gone sideways after so much airport security hype…ICXT is actually weaker and looks like it fall off a cliff from the high 7s to the low 7s or even high 6s while IDN makes more sense as a short, which is perhaps why there’s so many shorts in it that they’re all squeezing each other and its sideways price action is actually slightly uptrending…both are potential shorts though, ICXT would likely be first up, IDN may be in a few days…
Americas Energy Co. (AENY) dropped 17%, but I got out when it was only down 7% on the day because I played it safe, just like the first time I took a $2,000 profit shorting this blatant pump & dump…longterm shorts will be rewarded, but they risk buy-ins and short squeezes….altogether I made over $3,500 in 2 days in low risk trading…congrats to those still in it…I know Sam, the guy building the new Investimonials.com is up like $22,000 so stay tuned and wait and see how great Investimonials.com will be when we launch version 2 in the next week or so…Sam doesn’t know it, but he’s so happy with his $22k+ gain, which will likely be $25k-$30k tomorrow that he’s gonna blow off other clients and work that much harder on Investimonials because thanks to me and my little strategy, he won’t need to have any more annoying web clients and finally will have gained financial freedom and it’s all thanks to PennyStocking! Potential short still, just gotta find shares although it’s my fault for playing it extra-safe (a breakeven December made me pull back from being so aggressive after the amazing November we had), no support until the mid 3s

Atlas Pipeline Holdings LP (AHD) I’ve been watching for days for a potential breakout so when I saw the volume ramping and it hitting its 7.15 highs, I bought and waited to collect my profit…unfortunately, after an initial spike, squeezing shorts to the 7.40 area, it faded rather steadily the rest of the day and little panic ensued before the market close…as I said in my alert, I’d sell if the breakout failed and while this is a safer stock than true pump & dumps, failed breakouts can lead to morning panics…I didn’t want to sell so close to the close, but its tanking left me now choice, as I ALWAYS teach, I cut losses quickly and protected myself against any big damage…my apologies for picking this—just like LLFH and LZB, this turned out to be a fakeout (although this’ll probly breakout again in the next few days, just like LZB and LLFH successfully did)…’twas a good risk/reward setup that just didn’t work out…it happens so I will ALWAYS cut losses quickly…my critics will rub this in, but successful trading comes down to having bigger wins than losses and my recent wins overwhelm this small loss…potential morning panic caused by fakeout breakout might even be a good buying opportunity if it really takes out any stop losses (remember, this one was a potential short a few days ago, fakeout breakouts sometimes create sharp reversals)…congrats to the TIMalert subscribers who shorted, recognizing the failed breakout…I won’t always be right and there are two sides to every trade.
eOn Communications Corp. (EONC) is now over 7…remember I covered my short at 5.90 the other day…some people said, Tim, why are you so quick to get out? I’ll probly be explaining ten years from now, when support holds and I am short, I get out ASAP…when resistance holds and I am long (like AHD), I get out ASAP…I don’t stick around and whine as these stocks are too volatile…this is why I’m a successful trader and why I need to get a piece of paper and nail it into your heads with a nail and hammer! This is a potential short, but not until it shows signs of fading.
