tim your a lying piece of shit on your “Latest Trades” part of your site. you say you “shorted 5,000″ of RWC at 4.01 yet on your latest trades it says you lost 3.4k. also even if you did “profit” from a short and you put it on the latest trades, it would still mark it as lost money. your numbers are completely skewed and misrepresented. go take your idiotic degenerate life elsewhere

Hi Tim, Ive been a trader for 15 years or so (very part time) and am eager to start trading your theories and methods. Ive read about 30% of your blog so far (yes from 2007). Very impressed so far. I just opened a TOS account and will join your alerts sometime in the next few weeks. Perhaps during your LiveStock tomorrow, you can discuss your thoughts on how to start trading with your methods.. I think a lot of investors get too heavily into the game without knowing what they are doing. They lose a couple big positions early on and they are ‘out of the game’. Here is my plan for the next 1/2 year or so (sorry about the ugly txt paste, but it looks better in Excel… ;)

Love to hear your thoughts on this. Best,
    Dave

Actually, if you bothers to subscribe to http://www.timalerts.com you’d see all my trades in real-time…we’re working night and day on TimothySykes.com to integrate the 2 sites, but as those who can read notice the shorting RWC at $4.01 was on December 9th, when I did short my first batch.

My trades are ALL verified and my business model is honesty. Those who try to lie are stock promoters…you stupid stupid trolls don’t get it. Thank you for your ignorance and incompetence, you make penny stocks easier to trade, don’t ever change!

@ the first commenter: Wtf are you talking about, Tim shorted 10k more the later that same day if you didn’t see so he had 15k shares. Asshole.

What do you think about retail prop trading firms in general? Not the ones in big firms. I don’t know if you know a whole lot about them but if you do I was just wondering about your opinion on them.

  • Mark

in other words are they safe in this post Bernie Madoff world?

  • Jack

1)Tim – Ever think about working options? Just as another potential tool in the arsenal if a situation ever arises where you might be able to effectively utilize hem. I wear my seat belt all the time see and one day Javier asks me, “Hey Jack, why you wearing a seat belt? We are literally the only car in a five mile radius.” And right then and there going sixty miles an hour I slam on the breaks to avoid a little girl and Javier next to me flies right through the windshield and dies right in front of my eyes with six inch pieces of glass sticking from his face and the little girl is crying and I’m yelling at her saying it’s just a game me and Javier play and my pants start to get heavy because I’ve shat myself and the look of Javier’s dismembered body makes me throw up all over the little girl and so she throws up and slips on the vomit and hits her head until her eyes roll back and I’m crying hysterically and don’t know what to do and just start running. So are options a good idea ever or would you just not bother?

2)Does your mom still come by and clean your apartment?

3)What’s being rich like? Like when you first got rich, was it like orgasmic? Or was it like, “Yeah, whatever – where’s the remote, Cramer is on.” And if you say, “What? I’m not rich, I mean I’m alright. I do okay but I don’t have like ‘fuck you money’,” then I will kill myself and burn this city to the ground.

I’d just like to say: you are our generation’s Jim Rogers and your name will go down in history. Just be sure to get around to the adventuring around the world part. And do some crazy shit every now and again. Where are the strippers and parties and drunkenness? Make finance a little more exciting and the degenerates will come. Any publicity is good publicity. God bless you Tim, you magnificent bastard.

  • Curtly

jack you sick piece of shit. how many little boys/girls have you molested lately. Fucking moron.

Hi Tim, I got into this situation regarding your alerts. Last Sunday I sent a message to you asking how much I would have to pay for your TXT alerts if I’m from Europe. Joel replied to me the same day (Sunday!) saying it’d cost me $100/year and that he would send me a test alert and that there’s a 30day money back guarantee. I replied I’d wait for the test alert and also asked how much would the TXT alerts cost me for 1 month and if the guarantee was for TXT fee+alerts. No response. send him a message after 2-3days, he replied that Christine would send me a test alert. Nothing happend. No test alert, no response to my question…maybe you can settle these things down?

Tim, thanks for all your hard work, and most importantly your honesty. Haters, for whatever reason they are that way are missing out on alot of things in life, thanks to them we profit!
On to a few questions for you:
    1) What is the single most (if there is only one) important lesson you have learned from a trade?
I’m loving TMF2 part deux (yes I love the hot shots analogy! lol) and am learning alot! Thank you.
    2) Once you have entered a trade, at what point do you decide it isn’t going your way? Obviously the answer could be easy, but could you develop on how your ideal indicators lead away from that trade?
    3) If you weren’t teaching, how differently would you trade?

Looking forward to the show and give me a shout if you need anything. Cheers!

    Master Tim Chu,

Is your style now hampered by your account size and the sway of your followers? Basically is it true what Master Reaper predicted as your demise when you get too big? If so, why not cut off your subscriber base at a certain count, raise the subscriber price and realize that this may be optimum for your style of trading in illiquid stocks.

Tim, I don’t know if it’s just with regular stocks, but when the stock moves higher on higher volume and it consolidates/fades/moves lower on lower volume, that’s actually a positive sign, meaning not too many people ar willing to sell it, but you’re always looking for volume to fade as long with the stock, so I suppose this “fading stock, fading volume” thing is unique for penny stocks?

    Question for Livestock.

Why are you so much more consistently profitable when trading the single digit stocks compared to the double digit stocks? I have looked back over your trade history and you excel with single digit stocks especially those under $5 but you do not boast such consistency with the stocks priced above $10. Is it the stocks or is it you?

    Thanks in advance.

Hey Tim I was just hanging around the chat and somebody had an idea, that you send out an alert during livestock to timalert subscribers and we can see how long it takes, minus the 10 or so second delay on livestream

    Cheers

I’m not the one who mentioned molesting children! Maybe you should take a little look at yourself and spend some time on the couch cause it sounds like you’re the sick one! They did a psychological study and found that people who resort first to accusing people of being pedophiles or bringing up the subject at odd times were much more likely to be pedophiles! So I think you are the sick one my friend! And if you were offended by the true story of what happened with me and Javier, I’m sure you will remember it, and remember how important it is to wear a seat belt because in that case, if Javier had worn a seat belt nothing would’ve happened. We’d be a little freaked out, the little girl would’ve had that deer in headlights look for a second, and then run off and play. And if you think that was ‘graphic’, then you should see some of the drunk driving commercials they play in England and Australia and New Zealand. Look em up on YouTube. About twenty times more disturbing. I don’t know what about what I wrote had anything to do with molestation. I’m sorry if you were a victim but you should not take it out on other people. It takes time to heal Curtly, you’ll be okay. I was also comparing seat belts to options, but I’m sure you did not quite understand that. Get help Curtly, for your family’s sake. I sense that you are an angry man that might be prone to physical violence.
