But I am fuming mad right now that once-respected Dan Dorfman wrote an article on The Huffington Post about the blatant pump & dump that is NXT Nutrtionals Holdings, Inc. (NXTH), actually analyzing the company’s product and making believe that it is a real company.
Either Dan Dorfman has a ghostwriter who did not do enough research or he is on this pump & dump along with FOX News Charles Payne whose firm telemarkets to my readers and then hangs up on them (haha Charles, busted!) when asked why he hasn’t responded to my claim that he is a soulless penny stock promoter

The stock’s recent decline was especially painful for McCarthy, who is NTX’s biggest stockholder. He owns four million of the company’s 72 million fully diluted shares outstanding. So from the stock’s high of $3.46 to the drop to $1.20, he suffered a paper loss of more than $8 million.
McCarthy blames the drop on an attack from the shorts. In particular, he cited short seller Timothy Sykes, who could not be reached for comment.

Not only did Dorfman never reach out to me for a comment, nor has NXTH EVER contacted me about anything I’ve written about them (the best non-denial denial ever…in fact no pump & dump has ever contacted or complained to me because they know if they complain, they get busted too because I am right as I quote publicly available sources), but Michael McCarthy, scumbag CEO of NXT (he won’t complain about me calling him that because he knows his SEC filings PROVE that he is one), is gonna pay for the sick manipulative information he doles out.
I should be getting keys to friggin cities for exposing these scam artists and teaching others how to profit from them (I dissected NXTH’s SEC filings for over an hour in this DVD….weeks before it collapsed 60%+ intraday, not due to short selling (there were no shares available as scumbag McCarthy knows), but that’s how pump & dumps collpase.
McCarthy blames his pump & dump cracking on me is funny because I never even shorted the stock. I just pointed out paid promotion and ugggggly SEC filings all publicly available information.
