I received this email and figured I’d respond to everyone since I get this question quite often:
Tim,
You are one of the hardest working and most intelligent people out there.
That makes me even harder to understand why you dont listen to some of your customers’ requests. Namely:
Why don’t you pop into your own chat room 5 min. BEFORE taking your trade and announce: “Im watching XYZ.” And after that do your (buy,sell short,cover) thing adding some sound effect to make it stand out. Is thaaaat such an outlandish request? You are on the internet anyway, watching your stock so what’s the big problem????????
Yeah “Buy my DVDs with 4 hour instructional content” IS a good argument BUT take a look at this analogy. You want to learn sailing. Ok, you buy DVDs. Will you learn to sail?
Probably, depends on an individual. So did sailing courses go broke? Nope. Why? Because you NEED an EXPERIENCED INSTRUCTOR to put you in his boat, show you how that is actually done, with all the factors like wind, waves, sails,weather, etc. taken into consideration during actual manouvers. Now, will you go to an instructor who gives you instructions with 20 min. delay (like your emails) telling you what you should have done 20 min.ago now that you are possibly on the rocks? Or would you prefer to be shown what to do in real time? Just answer yourself that question.
Look, Tim. You are a giant of the penny stocks world and I need your shoulder to sit on while taking trades in real time. Just let us shadow trade and make some money, few want to be Tim-dependant for life, DVDs will keep selling. Your announcements will be a tiny effort for you and a giant help for the subscribers. Yet, you dont want to be in the chat room, you even dodged that question in the latest LiveStock when you were describing the new improvements to your web site.
Man, I set up margin TOS acc. because of you and would give one of my kidneys to have a similar return as yours. So I was also sorry to cancel. You work so hard to get subscribers and yet you dont want to do such a little thing in order to keep some of them like me there. I have a feeling there is quite a few like me, actually.
So this is what you can do to get me back: your real time annoucements in the chat room made slightly before trades (and you dont need to answer any questions or be bothered in any other way if you dont feel like to. Its all in the DVDs – no sarcasm here.)
I remember LiveStock when you complained that you were doing so much for the subscribers and yet there were cancellations. I gave you my reason. What do you say?

I NEVER EVEN WANTED TO GIVE REAL-TIME ACCESS TO MY TRADES AS I PUSH my instructional DVDs SO MUCH SO THAT YOU PEOPLE CAN LEARN MY STRATEGY RATHER THAN BEING SPOON FED MY PICKS
I FIND CHATROOMS RATHER USELESS BECAUSE I DON’T PLAY WHAT POPS UP AS HOT DURING THE DAY, THE VAST MAJORITY OF MY TRADES ARE PLANNED OUT AHEAD OF TIME, AND IF I WAS MORE DISCIPLINED, THEY ALL WOULD BE.
YOU PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN WHAT I’M TRYING TO TEACH YOU…IT’S CALLED PREPARATION…AND IT WORKS…LEARN WITH THESE.
