How To Profit From The SEC Halting A Stock

Posted by Timothy Sykes on Wed 23rd of Sep, 2009 05:30:06 PM

I took a lot of heat all over the internet from penny stock promoters and their errand boys, TIMalert subscribers didn’t understand why I focused sooooo much time on this one company, but today, EVERYONE now understands that when you have a true GIMME, you try to make as much $ as you can off it because you know these don’t come around every day…especially when your research leads you to believe that the stock you’re shorting has done soooo much bad stuff that it’s likely they’ll get halted by the SEC.

Yes, it’s true, after a series of blatant SEC violations, Genova Biotherapeutics Inc. (GVBP) has finally been halted by the SEC. You can read the official SEC press release below, or click on the nearly one dozen blog posts I wrote cataloguing all the nasty stuff that GVBP did to earn this distinctive honor….little different than the companies I teach you about in my PennyStocking DVDs

I am short 3,000 shares at 27 cents/share, so I’ll basically make another $750 or so (most likely at .01 to .02 cents/share if and when the stock reopens) after making $2,000+ overall on this company and more than a dozen TIMalert subscribers are also still short, one subscriber has 53,000 shares (although I’m gonna ask him for a screenshot to verify!) after we’ve already made $40,000ish short selling this scum (no, I don’t regret taking most of my profits, the SEC was quick this time, usually they take weeks or months before halting, and there’s always risk of a second pump)

In the next few days, I’ll be unveiling a premium penny stock research service in which I’ll cover stocks EXACTLY like this…no more freebies and as you can see from GVBP falling from $1+ to its current 18 cent/share today before the halt, my research is not only good, it can lead to significant profits. CONTACT ME if you’re interested in being one of the first subscribers to that service. It’s gonna be limited so hurry up.

See below the SEC halt press release and my nearly one dozen article documenting all the GVBP thievery, it’s disgustingly beautiful:

SEC SUSPENDS TRADING IN THE SECURITIES OF GENOVA
BIOTHERAPEUTICS INC.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) announced the temporary
suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the
“Exchange Act”), of trading in the securities of Genova Biotherapeutics Inc. (“Genova”),
of New York, New York, at 9:30 a.m. on September 23, 2009, and terminating at 11:59
p.m. on October 6, 2009.

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Genova because
questions have arisen about the stock promotional activity for Genova, and the accuracy
and adequacy of publicly available information concerning, among other things, the
company’s business operations.

Good halt, plenty of reason, now learn more from these MUST READS and you can see thier chart is EXACTLY like the pump & dumps about which I teach in these 3 videos:

    Tim,
Dug this up from company website, you have got to see this on this scam gvbp. Search this link on google then click on cached. You will then see that Nextgen has been replaced with Genova.
I guess the idiots missed this when they put this scam together.

    Hi Tim,

though I personally think your DVD are too expensive, I must applause you with how much effort you fought this POS. I also tried my best at the yahoo forum.

Also I would have shortet this Scam if my Broker had let me so. Anyhow, it is a pity so many people lost an amount of fortune when it got stopped by SEC and the people behind this fraud have sold so many shares and earned Millions in such a short time.

But keep up that good work. I guess with that research and the daily blog you have saved many people burning their assets!

guys dont pay for thisnew garbage service. If you want to know how to short pennys stocks just subscribe to all the penny stock newsletters. Wait for them to reverse trend and short them. Easy. Dont pay this clown to teach you how to short pump and dumps...
  • goodluck with that jay, not as easy as it might seem
  • JayFreshzLuvzTimmy
Ya it is quite easy actually as I am doing it now. :)

This is all your system consists of and you know it tim. Did i let your secret out of the bag.

Even with all the fancy blog posts your system comes down to shorting promoted stocks. it really isnt that sophisticated and anyone subscribing to your service has, as you like to say "half a brain"

    Good luck timmy.
  • yes i agree it is quite simple, but u do need to know basics and most people dont have half a brain...lots more 1/4 and 1/3 brainers out there that need guidance...for all those who understand the strategy, feel free to leave testimonials as to how much $ it makes u!
  • jason
you are an arrogant beast ..you know how you make money? you short companies that are trying to grow and create vicious rumours about them and they become weak and shorters come in like yourself and destroy the company. that is how you make your money
  • LOL, companies trying to grow? the past 2 companies i've shorted have combined revenues of $50,000 and combined marketcaps of $200 million. jason, u don't deserve my wisdom
  • yngvai
If GVBP never re-opens for trading, what happens to all of our short positions? Do we all get essentially a 100% gain?
  • yah basically, i've never been in this situation but apparently if GVBP is bankrupt or doesnt trade, our accounts get credited within a few days of the final decision as if we cover at 00
  • Fred
    Wicked. Didn´t know that.
  • Fred
I´d like to know the answer to that too........ Good question yngvai.
  • Name
Seems like the RTK was a bad call as well. Was there a big subscriber loss on it? Are you still holding?
  • Nah only greedy or lazy subscribers lost, the most determined all sold with solid profits, i'll tally them up tonight, probly a gain of $5,000 or so...gotta be quick, gotta trade scared, not sure how many times i can say it before it sinks in
  • AC
Talk about adding insult to injury!
  • anon
didn't you have to cover losing 3000$ ??
  • lost $4k at first, made $6k, now i'll make another $750 or so: up overall, not easy, but not bad for imperfect trading...c'mon, follow along on my blog, i know u can read!
  • kris
is it me or did the SEC act very fast in halting this pump and dump? years can go by sometimes and the co will changed there names , do 20 reverse splits add more shares after the split and so on.
  • worried
yeah, that was fast. I hope the SEC doesn't start finding these more and more quickly. there won't be anything to short...
  • alvintantri
Nice! but could've done much better. No need for -4000 loss. 1st short was unecessary. Why risking it just because you were afraid there would be no share to short? Impressed with the 2nd short. Still unimpressed on SPDE, OPXA loss
  • alvin, i underestimated how big a pump it would be, i figured itd stop at 60, i was wrong so i cut my losses...they were good losses...and i dont care what you are or are not impressed with, i dont run my business and make trades to impress random internet trolls. if u studied my stuff, u'd know i'm by no means a perfect or even a great trader, but you see how i do nonetheless...i do my best and thats all anyone can ask for
  • alvintantri
Oh c'mon. I read your book and learned that it's good to be a scared-choir-boy who don't force trades and not lose money, and yet you forced it on GVBP 1st short, SPDE, OPXA??
  • No alvin, GVBP was a great trade all around, I wasnt gonna let it slip away like BONU. SPDE and OPXA werent great at all, but I aint perfect yet i did cut losses quickly
