Eight Cheap Stocks To Buy & Short Sell, $6,000+ In Gains From Yesterday

Posted by Timothy Sykes on Wed 5th of Aug, 2009 12:40:12 PM

This was sent to TIMalert subscribers 2 hours after my flight landed in Beijing because I’m one dedicated SOB!

TIM trading account—now stands at $68,254, no trades/positions, up 7% in July up 60% in 2009 and up 450% in the last 22 months

Longer Term Account $53,668, no trades/positions, up 7% since May 2009 inception

Tough to trade when flying to China all day…sorry guys, but I got a business to grow so sometimes I won’t be there during the day (which makes these premarket watchlists all the more valuable)…nice and more importantly PREDICTABLE price action in hype plays like GGC and BEHL made TIMalert subscribers $6,000+ yesterday:

I didn’t miss the GGC spike. I made $500 on it yesterday. I just can’t post on here while I’m at work.

ALL my money is in CNO because I am so sure… and it’s looking to break 4$ tomorrow morning… have banked over 2000$ so far on it from 2.20ish area.

Set an alert for DDRX near 25 & bought 614 @ 25.22 sold within seconds @ 25.72. $272 profit.

Out of GGC about 20 min. ago. Did not have much to throw out there so I made $1000

Hi Tim,
played GGC for a little bit today again. Got profit of $2.180.00 which gives me a profit of $9.640.00 in last two days. Thank you Tim. I want to learn everything from
you.

GGC is just a perfect Supernova…while others will say they’ve never seen anything like it, I have. In fact, trading this kind of hugely volatile chart pattern is how I made millions once before (first million was made buying the runups, second million was made shorting them), now I’m gonna teach you guys to trade these things…some TIMalert subscribers made a few grand, but all your little accounts should be growing on plays like these…my traveling has really kept me out of this one (get used to it, besides being a trading addict, I also have a life…just landed in Beijing at 4am EST after a 14 hour flight…aka I won’t always catch every trade which is why I want to teach you guys to trade these monsters yourselves!), but if you read this premarket watchlists like you should, ‘was a perfect buy at $20, all the way up to $45 (I didn’t think it’d go that far) and if you were ballsy, you can short this thing into resistance in the mid $40s down to the id $30s (the multi-day chart pattern is NO different than the dozens of examples I cover in my PennyStocking Part Deux DVD package, learn them already so you can be prepared for setups like this!)…potential further downside here makes it a potential short here in the $30s, gotta wait for the proper price action to reduce my risk though

USCN dropped a fully predictable 35% yesterday…what a waste, no shares available to short anywhere…seriously, what a waste of a perfect good pump & dump…saddens me each time this happens…someone should start a brokerage specifically to short these GIMMES…next!

ZAGG might be holding well under previous highs, but remember, they have earnings coming out in a week so I wouldn’t be surprised to see some short sellers cover ahead of that sure-to-be-hyped-up press release and if the earnings are great, the stock could break out to new highs, potential, but I’m not buying until I see more volume/a rettest of its previous highs

DDRX did finally close above the key breakout point of $24.50ish, but the volume was 60,000 shares…pathetic…not enough to squeeze ANY short sellers although a few more low volume up days could start to make short sellers nervous which could lead to $30…this is another stock I’m thinking about buying

SCSS has jumped straight from $1 to $2.50 in a few days, yesterday was its first down day meaning there could be further downside to below $2..kinda tough though since its an earnings winner, from July 23rd, potential short nonetheless

OHB just keeps squeezing stubborn short sellers who haven’t learned to cut losses…they had positive debt news and the stock is now at $4.50…guys, I’m sometimes wrong, it happens…but to keep adding to non-pump & dump shorts is usually a mistake…that’s why I take my medicine quickly (sometimes too quickly), lesson learned for everyone on this play…I ain’t shorting it anytime soon, unless we see a big short covering spike to the $6s at least

BEHL followed the typical VRAL/SPNG-like pattern of dropping 50% within minutes, actually managing to drop from 15 down to 5 cents/share all before 10am yesterday…welcome to PennyStocking, it’s all a bunch of BS and market makers love shaking out weak holders…then it bounced to 10 cents/share late in the day…classic price manipulation that is predictable..I have no more intraday travel plans anytime soon so I won’t miss these GIMMES, you can count on that…there were plenty of shares to short of this at Interactive Brokers too.

WUHN is a sketchy $80 million Chinese company after surging from $2 to $3 yesterday…this thing has a HORRIBLE track record so I’m guessing some newsletter recommended it…since I’m in China, maybe I’ll go check it out and discover just how bad the stench really is…potential short on any further spikage/fading volume

what is the best product to purchase for someone who wants to trade penny stocks but doesn't want to be a day trader watching level 2s every second of the day. Looking for a system that lets me keep working but also affords me the opportunity to maximize my penny stock trades.
