How To Make Money From Media Corruption aka How NBC Partnered With Stock Promoters On A Pump & Dump

Watch these 7 free video lessons on how I became a millionaire

This is a week old now, but I still think it deserves highlighting as THIS PR proves any major brand like NBC (or the MLB in pump & dumps SPNG’s case, remember THAT ONE?) can be bought with blood money (the financial blood of the suckers who fails to realize what’s going on):

Wide World of Stocks Secures Agreements with WNBC and ION Television Networks

– First Episode Featuring Viral Genetics to Air on NBC at Noon on July 8, 2009 –

PORT JEFFERSON, N.Y.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Wide World of Stocks, a new 30-minute pre-recorded television and website program that features microcap companies, has secured agreements with WNBC Channel 4 in New York and ION Television Network. As a result, the program is expected to reach more than 100 million households nationwide. The program’s producers aspire to scour the globe in search of microcap equities with the potential to become the next big market mover. The show will debut Wednesday, July 8, at noon, on NBC directly after Martha Stewart Living. The first episode will feature Viral Genetics’ (OTCPK: VRAL.PK) CEO, Mr. Haig Keledjian. Viral Genetics is developing drug therapies for HIV/AIDS, Lyme Disease, and other autoimmune diseases.

Additional WNBC broadcasts are scheduled for noon on Sunday, July 12th and Sunday, July 19th, just after The Wall Street Journal Report. The current broadcast schedule is still evolving as producers for Wide World of Stocks make additional media buys. As agreements are developed with more networks, the schedule will be updated and posted online at www.wideworldofstocks.com, where episodes of the program will be available for viewing after the fist WNBC broadcast.

Viral Genetics was chosen for the first episode of Wide World of Stocks. The company’s drug compound called VGV-1, has already undergone five clinical trials overseas, where it was found to reduce the viral load and symptoms of HIV/AIDS. Due to its novel mechanism, low toxicity profile, simple dosing regimen, and short course of treatment, researches at the company believe its therapy called “thymus nuclear protein,” (TNP) is extremely promising for other applications as well. Details about regarding the status of Viral Genetics’ drug compound and TNP therapy are available at www.viralgenetics.com.

Wide World of Stocks will be hosted by Damon Roberts with co-hosts Roland Rick Perry and Thomas McCarthy, “The Dean” of CollegeStock.com. Each of the hosts manages their own websites that combined reach more than 550,000 subscribers.

See that disclaimer at the bottom? Yup, it’s a total pump & dump as I highlighted earlier HERE and NBC and ION fell for it hook, line and sinker….I wonder how much blood money it cost to lure their viewers into such a financial scheme?
