LZB It looked like another boring day until some of my intraday researching (I explain my research process over 6 hours in my TIMfundamentals DVD package) lead me to buy 5,000 shares (some in my short-term, some in my longer term account) on the potential breakout at $4.54ish…low risk play given the chart, see the entire setup HERE….I’m extremely encouraged by its late day strength and the fact that its past two breakouts after consolidation periods lasted 2-3 days before any kind of selling set in…that makes me think there’s above average odds of it hitting $5 today, which was my initial goal…glad that TIMalert subscribers made thousands of bucks off this one, many already taking profits….but you don’t even need to wait for my alerts, you can learn the patterns/setups and anticipate them, obviously all detailed in your required study materials
ONTY had a nice morning panic and afternoon fade and I wasn’t tempted to get in on either because the stock was barely up! I like shorting stocks up 100, 200, 300%, not just 50%…also, the whole drop was only 50 cents/share, so I would’ve had to be perfect to capture that and it had choppy price action, no thanks, next!
GRH I called perrrrfectly, but you had to be fast…I’ll have a blog post on www.timothysykes.com about it at 8am today, check it out! (no play on it now for me)
CGCA was manipulated only 5 cents/share higher yesterday on volume of 1.3 million shares…whoever is paying for the pump doesn’t care about getting the stock price higher, they’re just selling rapidfire into any and all buying…lets wait and see how much juice is left in the tank before a complete inevitable dump, it’s gonna be an awesome short if you can find shares!
HEB tanked 20% yesterday on TheStreet.com’s latest bashing article…I agree with it, but there are no shares to short available so I could care less what happens to the stock…at least the suckers are learning how the game works
CAST dropped another 50 cents/share yesterday…proving that first down day after spiking several days in a row really does work, no matter if I don’t always have confidence in it….I missed this one completely on both sides, I hate when that happens, but yes, sometimes it will…get used to it!
ZAGG, CBOU & DDRX are all big winners in recent months and all 3 are looking like they’re about to rollover…tough to find many shares to short though, I’m watching all three for potential shorts…ZAGG especially as this is available to short, I’m just not convinced their sketchy RedChip investor relations firm won’t put out some desperate fluff PR to try to hold support at $5.50 (odds are they will)
