Manipulation Monday: 6 Stocks To Get The Week Started
ZYXI is now going to be my number one short the minute it goes red on the day, reserve shares early to short, but the key is not shorting until you see that kind of weakness as otherwise, you’re just gonna get squeeeeezed
UBHI is the latest example of how good it is to short a piece of crap company that’s runup far too quickly on its first down day…a few TIMalert subscribers shorted into the morning panic or afternoon breakdown…as I talked about on LiveStock (which you can view the archived episode HERE)…now it’s possible continuation to the downside, but I really wish this one had run up more…oh well, no one cares what Sykes thinks, reserve shares to short just in case of any big spike
PRVT is a dead cat bounce, up 40% but only 40 cents/share…hope it goes up more (to give more potential downside), although its unlikely, reserve shares just in case
WSCI is another stock I detailed all LiveStock long, so go watch the episode so you can see the variables and chart patterns at work…reserve shares to short fo’ sure!
JOEZ is a breakout, watch it
NAPS is takeover bait, read the article HERE, don’t even think about shorting it

ok lets talk about risky..its Mon, kinda boring. I bought FFGO which keeps getting their shares bought back buy the company. I got it at .0001…probably the lowest price I have ever paid for a stock. It has a ton of volume. Fun little play.

Couldn’t get any shares of ZYXI this morning with TOS, but I live on the west coast, and hell if I’m getting up before 6 AM PST to try to get shares to borrow.
I did $270 profit off of the DFR prehit this morning.
I’m also currently long on the MWY breakout. In at $3.10, it’s currently at $3.50. Have to hold this one overnight because of the stupid pattern day-trader rule.
Also currently holding a position in NNVC in its consolidation pattern.

After a big loss last week playing the financials.
I have come back to Tim’s way of the force.
They had to change the rules. They were about to be crushed by the empire.
Time off from trading made me see the true strategy of Tim, without the dvd. Even though I still owe him a purchase.
Soon we will have no choice but to go long.

Marc and UF, buying back is good, but when the O/S is like 80 trillion (I’m exaggerating, but not by much) it’s gonna take a lot to move it up 200%, which is what you need to make any money on it (i.e. currently 0x.0001, you need to get up to .0002 x .0003 to be able to sell for a gain).

Well UF, some people don’t really understand that. I’ve seen SO many people see a stock ticking between .0001 and .0002 and sy “Man, this is so easy, i am going to buy at .0001 and sell at .0002 for a quick 100%” and they have don’t understand that even a single uptick only allows them to get out breakeven, and you need a TON of buying to have even a chance to sell for a gain. Just throwing it out there.

AHHH! Rookie mistake! So I jumped in JOEZ this morning and being an idiot, I split the buying of shares into 4 chunks to avoid fees (still have free trades left with new acct but cannot be over 100 shares). And also sold all 4 seperately. I don’t know if I’ll be flagged for a Pattern Day Trader yet. If I am flagged what happens? Any advice beyond suck it up and pay the fees next time?
Tim have you done an article on ‘Avoiding the PDT label’? If not can you do one to help many of us rookie traders avoid getting the label and dealing with the fallout?

You get your first warning rookie.
Don’t worry we’ve all done it before.
You jumped JOEZ too early, it’s going to run for the rest of today. Wait till tues or wed.

unfortunately Avarice, you will be flagged as a pattern day trader. However you are allowed a one time exemption, just call your broker and tell them you want to use the one-time exemption and they will re-set your account. All of your buy orders counted as one trade, but your sell orders counted as 4 trades. You can break down your buy order into as many orders as you like, you just have to sell all in one order. Never break your sell orders into different lots on a same day trade. If you had held overnight, then you can sell the next day in different lots. The easiest way for you to keep track of daytrades are to mark them on a calendar, for example always start with today and count back 5 business days. Make sure you don’t do more than 3 same day trades within the 5 days counting today. Each day count back 5 business days and that will tell you when you can place another daytrade. Hope this helps.

JOEZ is real. Take a look. Don’t see more than a normal pullback as this company is taking off. Not just hype IMHO
