2k a month hurts….but i guess its downtown Manhattan eh? that would be a mortgage payment on a nice house around here.

I pay less for my 3 bedroom house with 1/3 of an acre yard. For that much I could have a bigger house with a wooded 3 acre lot, 3-4 car garage. I am in SE Minnesota so things are nice and cheap compared to everything else… unfortunately that is including our wages.

She’s cute, I’ll give her that. But the clothing and glass of wine scream pretentious. Not a living environment for a trader like myself.
If she can open beer bottles with her teeth I’ll consider it though (I’m not asking her too, just want to know she could do it if she wanted)
