10 Hot Stocks: Hanging Out With All The Liars, Cheats And Frauds In Penny Stock Purgatory

Tags: Breakdowns, Breakouts, Financing Deals, Hot Stocks, Manipulation, Patterns To Buy

Seeing all the soulless scumbags around me, I can’t help but feel like this guy…name the movie!

LGDI.OB agri is so hot right now, great fluffy PR this morning, this is a solid pump—probly created by those who got cheap shares as disclosed in THIS toxic SEC filing just a few days ago…chart reminds me of NCEN from a few weeks ago—which dropped 40% off its highs, but patterns evolve (that’s right, you can’t just memorize patterns and then trade—you’ll get your ass handed to you, you actually gotta understand the variables that align to create them so you can ADAPT to change, as detailed in my instructional DVD PennyStocking) (welcome to why this niche is different from all others aka my publishing business model)

SUNV.OB Not enough time in the day to explain everything wrong with this company, its all just exemplified by this blatantly misleading press release, an interview for which they paid, no different from the half dozen mentions HERE for which the pumpers paid

CPHI.OB First day breakout on earnings, bigtime resistance everywhere, let’s see what its got

CEGE Former 2-day spiker has now broken out on a gradual rise, now do you understand what I mean when I say its all about the price action ie. the same company can display 2 totally different patterns that you gotta play totally differently

VSCI Another gradual riser

UFPT What’s that you say—a perfect W breakout formation pattern right near the highs? Looks that way

HDY Repeat after me: I will not short surging penny stocks that have dipped and rebounded, I will not short surging penny stocks that have dipped and rebounded, I will not short surging penny stocks that have dipped and rebounded

GETG.PK Great spiker, too bad, it all happened in the last 3 minutes Friday on little volume aka it’s just a misprint

CVSC.PK Awwww, look what happened to our friend the fraud, poor you!

CAGC.OB Inevitably the same outcome for this company that pays to get pumped

BSHF.OB An eternity in sub 10 cent/share hell awaits this spamming operation

Tim, for some reason I haven’t gotten an e-mail with my password for your site so I can post on the forums. I wanted to know what you thought of STEC. Apologies for posting here instead.

    May 5th, 2008 at 11:29 am

the wax is pouring off this candle now, imo it won’t get higher than 4.70 again, that’s the new res., and it probably won’t get any higher than that

  13. 63Davey

    May 5th, 2008 at 11:30 am

By the way I didn’t think it was possible but my call YHOO closing at 25.15 is looking possible now.

  14. 64Davey

    May 5th, 2008 at 11:32 am

This is great the way LGDI is shaping up it might be the best play tomorrow as well.

  15. 65timothysykes

    May 5th, 2008 at 11:34 am

incorrect bullpicks, we’re waaay early in this LGDI pattern, the predictable prcie action has come and gone, now its back to random and that eans possible short squeeze of those who don’t understand pennystocking!

heads up on SUNV, up big, again, I got 1,000 shares reserved

  16. 66matt

    May 5th, 2008 at 11:38 am

    tim,

is that you in the benz that hits the curb in Wall Street Warriors? that is the funniest clip, i can watch it over and over…well that and you kicking your lamp, or you celebrating getting a million dollars that you end up not getting. definately the best character on that show! love the site, good luck!

  17. 67Davey

    May 5th, 2008 at 11:40 am

SUNV looks good but it’ll have to wait until tomorrow because I’ve got no buying power left. Thanks SEC

  18. 68timothysykes

    May 5th, 2008 at 11:44 am

thanks matt, nah i never had a benz, i preferred my bmw 745li

yah davey, i’ll have a post later that we can refer back to again and again at how ridiculous the pattern day trader rule is

  19. 69cacaosteve

    May 5th, 2008 at 11:44 am

Well I didn’t exit LGDI properly… every time I increase my limit order to the ask, the “mark” goes up a few more cents. It’s like it’s just me against whoever is out there not selling to me!

  20. 70matt

    May 5th, 2008 at 11:47 am

preferred? what car did you switch to?

  21. 71Davey

    May 5th, 2008 at 11:48 am

You should point out how the under 25K guy gets hurt because he holds losses and takes profits too quick because he’s worried about not having any trades left instead of exiting losses quickly and being allowed to re-enter. Without that stupid rule we could have re-entered around the 4.80-4.90 range in LDGI, but whatever. That costs us way more than the 5-10 bucks a trade there trying to save us.

  22. 72ochopsycho

    May 5th, 2008 at 11:49 am

Tim, do you have an opinion on KERX?

  23. 73Joseph

    May 5th, 2008 at 11:53 am

Nah Davey, the worst is when you are actually short a stock, and then bam! suddenly you remember that you don’t have any daytrade left, and all you can do is sit there and watch this thing gapping up on you and your only option is to buy to offset some of the loss. Scary, Scary!!!

  24. 74J-Mo

    May 5th, 2008 at 12:07 pm

What happens if you do get flagged as a day trader on TD ameritrade? Any one had experience here? Any way to get out of it?

  25. 75eb

    May 5th, 2008 at 12:09 pm

Tim that would be cool if you at least made a cameo on WSW Season 3! WSW Season 2 was pretty boring, especially with those two lame salesman pushing Sandisk.

  26. 76Joseph

    May 5th, 2008 at 12:11 pm

I think first time you get a warning, second time they take away your margin

  27. 77Dan_O

    May 5th, 2008 at 12:15 pm

I got tagged as a pattern day trader on TDA.

TDA limits you to closing positions only and the only way out of it is to promise that you are not a pattern day trader, they actually record you saying it which is odd.

I’ve never had it happen a second time, so I don’t know whatthe policy is.

Constantine was a POS movie :P It’s…kinda similar to a pump and dump - it got hyped, and then dumped on my eyes…

  43. 93JensGould

    May 5th, 2008 at 1:41 pm

well there were two 50k share sell orders at 4.65

  44. 94timothysykes

    May 5th, 2008 at 1:46 pm

LGDI is not the sideways price action i look for…yet, i was aggressive, going for and getting a morning spike and drop but that not where the big $ is made–ideal sideways price action is when the stock is barely up or down ont he day after a few big days as thats a sign a big fade will come in, pushing it bigtime negative on the day…here a fade could come in, but it’d still be up on the day…since it’ll probly finish up, it could/should gap/spike/squeeze early short tomorrow, making for another good shorting opportunity…understand?

  45. 95Ram

    May 5th, 2008 at 1:50 pm

    VNDA? Short or long?

  46. 96Michael

    May 5th, 2008 at 1:57 pm

VNDA should have one more day up then a crash IMO

  47. 97sonid

    May 5th, 2008 at 2:03 pm

great explanation and I thank you for that.

  48. 98Adam

    May 5th, 2008 at 2:07 pm

Tim, that makes sense. thanks for the clarification in the sideways action. i thought it was just intraday sideways for a short period vs the variation (or lack there of) in closing price compared to the previous day

  49. 99jron

    May 5th, 2008 at 2:07 pm

Agree with you Michael. Probably more upside here before reversing. Could see the reverse at $6 or even higher. Thoughts?
