This is just crazy –when I starred in the first season of the hit TV show Wall Street Warriors, “successful hedge fund manager” Guy de Chimay and several others were also featured. I, like everyone else, of his alleged track record, but sadly if the SEC complaint against Guy de Chimay is true, it was all or at least mostly BS. Most reality shows gets tens to hundreds of thousands of applicants so the chances of actually getting picked are like the chances of me kissing and making up with the SEC aka slim to none. But not so in the joke that is the finance industry. Thanks to absurd, blatantly anti-American regulations (SEC take a bow) limiting freedom of speech, freedom of the press and basically everything to which we Americans take for granted, firms and industry insiders won’t allow video cameras—and even more dangerous a possible international audience—to view such XXX-rated evils like stock trading and brokers baiting and switching! UPDATE: This post might be popular with Google, but it’s 1.5 years old…they filmed season 3 in late 2008, supposedly got some great footage of the whole financial crash, but no TV network seems willing to pick it up…sad really…you can watch the first 2 seasons on Hulu…my connection to the show: I starred in the first season and viewer feedback led me to create my publishing company because I realized how confused people were and how much bad trading information was out there, no wonder why 90%+ of traders lose $…so I created 45+ hours worth of gooooood information in these study guides and real-time trade alerts.
