Before I get to some solid educational content, let me just say that these private jets are amazing
OK onto the boring but useful stuff 🙂
Yesterday I featured a broken several of my trading rules on one trade and lost 25% of his account as a result.student who had
He bet too big, he left in the middle of his trade, he simply was focused and he deserved to lose that money…and it’s a good lesson for him as he’ll never make those mistakes again.
Sad story, right?
But it happens time and again as too many of you don’t respect the rules and lessons of millionaires.
And that’s why many of you are poor.
The truth hurts, but if you accept it, it’ll also help you succeed.
I will create a millionaire from scratch, but I personally can’t make you rich.
I can only give you rules, lessons and guidance as to how I got rich…the rest is up to you to learn…absorb…and implement with your own lives and trading.
That same philosophy led me to create my own scholarship at Tulane University where I graduated from in 2003…the children are our future so they must be constantly inspired and guided.
After all, I want to have more of my students making videos likes this:
It’s not just about making a ton of money — although that’s definitely a part and it’s very ver nice — it’s more important to be self-sufficient and to have the confidence that you can make it on your own.
Once you have learned the skills it takes…
And I’m not the only successful trader who thinks this way.
As I posted HERE on Facebook the other day, aside from my devoting my life to teaching the dumbest and poorest people in the world how to get rich, I’ve also begun donating my money to some worthy charitable causes.
Now I’m NOWHERE as rich, experienced, dedicated or truly insane as this great trader / hedge fund manager is, but everybody has to start somewhere so while I spend most of my life living large and showing you guys to help inspire you to study harder, I’m also gonna spend my $ on those less fortunate.
Definitely check out this video below of billionaire trader Paul Tudor Jones on 60 Minutes talking about his charitable giving and how he’s a big believer in using data to make wiser donations.
As a PS to anyone who knocks me for showing off all my videos and pictures, I’m a big believer in data-driven performance and mystudents outperform on their trading and their studies when they get inspired by how I live…so you’re welcome for my honesty and not being afraid to talk about the $ I make and how I spend just a small fraction of it.
I wish more people would be like that, but obviously you need thick skin.
I’ve had the good fortune of meeting and chatting with Paul Tudor Jones a few times and I’ll tell you, he has pretty think skin too 🙂
