Last Tuesday I wrote this post entitled “Right Now You Get To Witness A Pump And Dump In Real-Time!” all about how I thought DOMK was pumped up with questionable press releases from their one employee who has a checkered past of working for companies that had been suspended by the SEC for misleading press releases…so in my mind, a dump was inevitable and the cool thing was that yes you could witness it play out live over a few days.
This was the DOMK chart I posted and the pattern is STRAIGHT out of my PennyStocking and PennyStocking Part Deux DVDs (email admin@timothysykes.com for specials), which is why I explained I was short/betting against the stock price in the low $4s:
(Mind you, I’ve been blogging and trading from Bali for the first week of May, raking in just under $100,000 for the week (video lesson coming on my upcoming webiste Upsellonomics.com) as the beauty of trading and blogging is you can do it from ANYWHERE, you just need an internet connection, which the St. Regis Bali provided perfectlyyyyy (get excited for this extravagant video lesson coming in a few days))
Now exactly one week later from my DOMK expose, with no new hyped up/questionable press releases — perhaps out of fear of an SEC investigation thanks to my calling him out (its happened before, I’ve predicted nearly a dozen SEC investigations and halts, most notably being first to call out SpongeTech, which led to the NY Post featuring my blog posts, which led to an SEC investigation followed by several insiders pleading guilty — the stock has dropped from $4.32 to just $1.75, a drop of 60%.
Subscribers of my 4 newsletters have cleaned up on our shorts — thanks to my favorite broker SureTrader having shares available to short — I personally made $7,000ish — with our profits exceeding $65,000 as you can see HERE….

This ain’t my first rodeo as I’ve predicted more 50-60% one-week drops than I have SEC investigations/trading halts (the stock market reacts far quicker than lazy/underpaid/incompetent regulators)…see examples HERE and HERE and 50 more examples in my instructional DVDs (email admin@timothysykes.com for specials)
And as usual I covered too early, getting faked out by one last spike to $4.80ish before the death drop then only re-shorting 3,000 shares for a 30% drop and making just under $4,000 in a few minutes…I was filming a live 90-minute webinar for my trading challenge students as DOMK dropped from the low $4s to the low $2s in 15 minutes…it’s pretty amazing to watch so I’m SO glad my trading challenge students got to see that:
