I really enjoyed this movie, which showed one man’s attempt to start his own automobile company, against all odds, competing with the major car businesses. I remember when parts of this movie were being made near where I live.
I actually made money from the release of this movie. Before the movie was released, I bought all the antique Tucker Corporation stock certificates that I could find from the antique stock certificate dealers, paying around $50 each. After the movie was released, I was able to resell the certificates for around $250 to $350 each.
The Tucker movie will always be one of my favorites
I like and recommend this scrappy but effective low risk trade.
