Because I am endlessly fascinated by stocks with promotional mailers, as having learned and now teaching about how they influence stock prices, TIMalert subscribers, PennyStocking Silver subscribers and I made over $22,000+ the one time we shorted this stock at $3.19 (gains would be $50,000+ had he been patent and held longer), I’ve written several articles about NXTH:
The beautiful up and down chart of NXTH
The dummie who recommended buying NXTH above $3
and my personal favorite: responding to Shaq’s cease and desist letter (we haven’t heard back from his lawyers)
Despite blaming me in an interview for HuffPo for the stock’s rapid descent, the company has never complained to me or said any of my posts had any errors…in fatc no company ever has…the first person to complain has been Shaq’s lawyer, who spells the word “egregious” in a laughable fashion: “aggredious”
There’s nothing new with this case..we still don’t know if Shaq sold any of his 1 million+ shares (3 million shares compensation over 3 years) and NXTH continues to dwindle down to 66 cents/share yesterday, down a staggering 80% from where TIMalert subscribers and I shorted (the only time we could find shares, thank you Sogotrade!)
…methinks Shaq will use a little-seen loophole in his initial contract with NXTH and simply bail on this company with oh so many questions surrounding it:
Separately, MOM shall also have the right to suspend SHAQUILLE’s obligations under this Contract in the event that the closing bid price for the Company’s common stock shall fall below $1.00 per share for five (5) consecutive trading days until such time as the closing bid price shall increase to greater than $1.00 per share.
(Hmmmm, I wonder why this step was needed, after all, if Shaq is spokesperson for the company and its product, it means he believe sin them, right? If he believes in the and the stock is down a lot, why wouldn’t he stick with them and use his celebrity to help promote their products even more to help the stock rise to its “true value”
Doesn’t this strange legal clause make obsessive bloggers like Tim Sykes even more suspicious (YES) that this spokesperson deal happened only because NXTH’s stock was high enough and they offered Shaq enough shares to make his worth his time/credibility? Meaning if Shaq receives 3 million shares over 3 years at $2-3/share, this deal is worth $6-9 million…nice chunk ‘o change….if the stock falls under $1/share, it’s only worth under $3 million aka not worth the risk to Shaq?)
Shaq and Shaq’s lawyers, if you’re reading I hope you don’t give up so easily, I really would like to battle you in court over this as I’ll not only educate you and your overpriced but under-intelligenced advisors (for even allowing you to be associated with such a company…and Znetix helllo McFly?), this case would help educate so many tens of thousands of suckers worldwide…please do take me up on it big goon guy.
