Pacific Blue Energy Corp. (PBEC) had its first up day thanks to stock promoters, up from 30 cents/share to 50 cents/share on exploding volume…the latest in a long line of plays the SEC should do something about but are too incompetent…say hello to the sequel to ECOB, MDCE, WKLI WTKN, obvious potential short, finding shares is difficult, deal with it, it costs you nothing to try to find shares and it’s fun to mess with Thinkorswim reps who have to deal with all of us day in day out!
OccuLogix, Inc. (TEAR) tanked 17% from the get go and never came back…good short if I had shorted right at the open, but the alert would’ve been useless given the speed of the drop…welcome to morning panics…I might’ve expected it, but was hoping it would fade gradually instead…no such luck, sometimes companies are too cursed to stay up…no play now although tomorrow might be another dropped given today being just the first down day.
IntelliPharmaCeutics Intl Inc (USA) (IPCI) faded gradually all day, besides that one scary spike in the morning which fooled a great many shorts…I apologize for shorting so early but I sensed its weakness from very early on and didn’t want to miss a TEAR-like morning collapse…my doubling up at 3.70 after the fakeout squeeze worked like a charm and even though I covered too early at 3.39, it’s never bad to lock in profits on volatile stocks like this…my reshorting late day at 3.29 average means I only gave up 10 cents/share and reduced my risk greatly by not holding straight through the day…first down day so I hope to cover into some morning panic, ideally if stop losses get triggered at 3, but if it does spike, I’ll be quick on my exit to protect myself and the $3,000+ gains I’ve already locked in…possible big gap down below $3 would be nice too although we’ll have to wait to see how stubborn the bidders will be, whether they give way easily like warm butter on IFLG or they are stubborn like ZANE.
Amarok Resources Inc. (AMOK) and Mesa Energy Holdings Inc. (MSEH), one fell while the other continued on its merry promotional mailer way…AMOK dropped only 11% and the runup wasn’t enough to interest me…hopefully the promoters can do better with MSEH as I would love to see it keep running as it’ll drop 50%+ intraday one of these days just like prior promotional mailer runners, CLRH and NXTh…perhaps Jim van Meerten will write a blog post recommending the stock (like he did on those others just two days before each collapsed…although he pleads ignorance as to the promotional mailers, one of which had his name on it), and that will be the sign that the collapse is near, obvious potential short for both as without mailers, these stocks’ fundamentals, or lack thereof, say they are worthless.
Sino-Global Shipping America, Ltd (SINO) is for TIMalert subscribers only!
Miller Petroleum Inc. (MILL) has spiked to 4.40ish from 70 cents/share in December as they now claim their oil is worth $492 million even though their marketcap is under $100 million…so are they undervalued? No, the word of any penny stock is worth less than a convicted murderer who pleads guilty despite the existence of DNA evidence….potential short as this will tank and tank hard just like similar JBII chart.
Quality Distribution Inc. (QLTY) I am surprised and saddened that so many jackal subscribers want to play this illiquid, non-volatile stock when there are near a dozen volatile stocks to play…I could write a summary here but it’d just encourage these jackals and I refuse to do that…I’ll just say first down day, potential short, possible downside of 20-40 cents/share, zzzzzzz
Zannett Inc. (ZANE) I’d like to be short overnight as I’d say the odds are 65-80% that it will tank big over the next 2-3 days, but there are no shares to short…beautiful fading price action, still holding 2.75ish support though so the game isn’t won just yet…their CEO has a history with PIPE financings so let’s hope he’s not satisfied with a 1,000% runup and issues some press release that will spike this and free up some shares to short…doubtful, he’s no dummy and he knows the SEC is probly watching every move he makes right now….potential short.
Americas Energy Company (AENY) I was forced to cut losses on due to the spike…scared of getting bought in as everyone else who was short did…so I protected myself like a coward and bought to cover at the highest point of the day at 3.49…zero regrets as whether I made $1-2k or lost $1-2k (I lost $1200ish), the stock didn’t do what I expected so I got out and protected myself from large loss…it faded a bit late day, but now has technical support at 3.25 and it might difficult to crack given it’s nearly impossible to stay short for any extended period of time (Thinkorswim bought me in later in the day, but canceled the trade after they discovered I had already covered voluntarily four hours earlier)…potential short forever given its promotional mailer ties and many skeletons, but I’m just watching it now
