Remember this post ripping on the wee lad CodyTrades for his refusal to be be transparent with the reporting of his trades?
Remember stock promoter BestDamnPennyStocks.com blatantly lying about shares to short of one of their pump & dumps? (No naked short selling, friggin online discount broker Thinkorswim had plenty of shares to short…TIMalert subscribers and I made $10,000+ shorting their junk pump)
Remember quasi-stock promoter Ian Cassel lying about his performance? (which foreshadowed one of his picks dropping 60%+ and then getting halted by the SEC )
These are just a few examples, but they exemplify the kind of liars, thieves and cowards who pollute this industry.
And don’t even get me started on the few hundred other manipulators out there who hide behind disclaimers and settle with the SEC before becoming FOX News commentators (yeahhhh Charles Payne, tell us how hell is you unethical scumbag)
When I first started blogging, I thought I could change the industry…that was naive…there are too many slugs in this industry who will NEVER change…the only thing to do is call them out on their BS and make sure everyone else knows it too….save as many as I can from their wrath.
So I write this post inspired by several little wannabe trader bitches on Twitter (follow me you punks) complaining that I don’t show my “fellow traders” the proper respect.
What they don’t get is that I don’t trade to make $, I trade to teach. my instructional DVD packages and 4 newsletters account for most of my income and the term “fellow trader” is laughable considering trading is a battlefield and your fellow traders will stab you in the back for a quarter/share…just like one-time-friend-of-mine-Lionmaster did several times.
So please learn that the stock market is a battlefield. Those who give free information are not altruistic, they are scamming you in some way. There is nobody good in finance and the sooner you realize that the better off you will be.
I say this not as a jaded veteran trader, but as a trading coach/teacher whose goal in life is to make you more profitable so you tell your friends how real and useful I am this perpetuating my business.
