The company is going to sell a product called the ultimate squeegee on TV. Infact 100 spots are already booked on major networks like Bloomberg, MSNBC, Fox Business, Fox News, Bravo, HGTV, GSN just to name a few. If they sell at least 1,000,000 squeegees say at 20 bucks including a buy one get one free gimmick the pps will be worth 2.18 at a PE of 5. Of course if they sell more PPS will be higher. Not only that the company plans to launch 3-4 more products to be aired in infomercials this year. They have 15 products that are tv ready and 60 products in their portfolio. If you do your research on many as seen on tv products that are out there most of them brought in 100 million in revenues. TSHO has an awesome campaign manager to handle their business (Cesari direct-some of their works include oxyclean, foreman grill, aerogarden). TSHO's debt is under 500,000 dollars. There is 23 million o/s and no plans for dilution. Conference Call on the 10th of this month at 1 pm. I do advise you to listen in. This is why the Price of the stock is going up. People are not stupid that they will just buy for no reason especially after the run up it had. Also if you notice how many shares are being bought it is big investors with lots of money coming in. Blocks of 10,000 shares are being bought at the ask. No this is not manipulation or hype. Although I agree that you do have a good track record and you are right on with most penny stocks but most penny stocks are garbage and have no substance. However you are wrong with TSHO. I would hate to see your students lose money by betting against this stock. If you don't want to buy because of the risk of it falling fine. However do not make the mistake of shorting it because you and your students will lose on this one. Or at least before you tell your students to short it give them a valid reason to instead of "its been going up". Have a good day.
