covered other half(500) SEED at 12.04, total gain $755, ECOB $237, BTVI $730,CYCC $660 4k from 1.295 to 1.38 and 1.54, if I was still holding, ummm another 4 or 5 grand,BVTI I entered order as a stop order by mistake at .47 and got in for .58 avg on 5k shares a $550 oops, but stiil sold .70 and .76 for $730 profit

Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. (IDN) and ICx Technologies, Inc. (ICXT) spiked during the trading day and then some more after-hours as Obama wants to look good so he’s spending more on security…big surprise…both stocks are very choppy and neither are close to breaking out to new rally highs…if they do, they’re so over-extended already, any breakout would probly look like the pathetic AHD breakout attempt…no plays, just watching for eventual shorts once the contracts go to big companies (with lots of lobbyists) only.
Americas Energy Co. (AENY) congrats goes to everyone who found shares and shorted…now down to the mid 3s from the high 4s and low 5s from when we initially shorted…this stock has found technical support and if this IHub message board post is to be believed, the company will have news tomorrow afternoon regarding the ‘cease trading’ order they issued against them in Canada because they have no respectable accountant (easy to fix)…of course there’s resistance everywhere above and in the grand tradition of CEOs who have responded me on message boards (IMGG & EMGE), we pretty much know how this story ends…oh yes, they will talk about how “real” a company they are, but will they address Bistro Ltd. And the six figure promotional mailer that got their stock up in the first place? Doubtful. Potential buy if they issue the right PR

China Direct Industries, Inc. (CDII) and China Shen Zhou Mining & Resources, Inc. (SHZ) are the two shady Chinese stocks up a lot the past few days…both were fading in the afternoon, I shorted the more liquid CDII…fade continued perrrfectly, until Lionmaster AGAIN tried squeezing me…see my full overnight blog post…this could go either way at this point…pattern and fading volume suggest it should retest lows at $2…nobody knows Lionmaster’s bankroll, and he’ll try his best to pump the stock higher with absurd price targets (like his 12 target…friggin pumper)…to create a technical breakout with posts like this “Do these folks like paid pumpers, NO” (hey moron, it’s already been proven they did pay $300,000 one time, 200,000 shares another time, $5,000 cash another time (that sound legit))…I will cut losses quickly if I have to, unfortunate that this goon keeps doing this, but that’s the risk of me outlining my trades, position size and expectations…I’ll have to really buckle down and focus on better plays so as not to be in this annoying position again…sorry guys, didn’t mean to make enemies with this guy, he just sees opportunity and takes it

Atlas Pipeline Holdings LP (AHD) had the exact morning panic about which I was afraid from 7 to 6.50…this happens when breakouts fail and stop losses get taken out all at once…was actually a decent buy if you could catch it at the bottom, but that’s risky…it rebounded a bit, but this chart is broken now and I won’t buy or short it as its proven to be a tricky one like LZB and LLFH breakouts I bought a few weeks ago.
eOn Communications Corp. (EONC) finally started fading all day, later afternoon crac from the high to low 6s, but then a last minute rebound…this stock stinks for shorting…little drops like this everywhere, I wouldn’t be surprised to see some continued strength although the music does have to stop sometime…no play either way, just watching
