Pacific Ethanol, Inc. (PEIX) jumped 60% on Friday from 90 cents/share to 1.40ish as the AP picked up an earlier story that they were reopening a plant and hiring…same breakout chart as LUNA…but this is up on just media hype, the stock jumped a bit on the initial news, but this is a bigtime potential short, especially if it can spike for one more day or two.

MCG Capital Corp. (MCGC) is a boring real company whose stock doesn’t move very quickly, but it’s sitting at 4.91, just 10 cents/share off its $5 EXACT 3 month and 2-year technical breakout…if and when it does breakout, it’s a potential buy for a multi-week move to $6ish…very tough for impatient people like me to play.
Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. (IDN) and ICx Technologies, Inc. (ICXT) are both nearing their highs again, but volume is fading dramatically…without further Obama security hype, these could be bigtime potential shorts…the threat of breaking news keeps short sellers on their toes and makes squeezes happen…potential shorts into any big spikes that aren’t accompanied by huge trading volume.
Americas Energy Co. (AENY) looks to have bottomed off technical support in the mid-3s by issuing a fluffy, useless PR on Friday…stock shot up to the low 4s and probly will keep going…I’d love to see a third round of pumping, just not sure if the promoters can maintain this inflated stock price before the numerous questions regarding their accountant, lack of cash, inability to consummate the merger and all sorts of skeletons creep up on this pump, potential short always
Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (CYCC) spiked form $1 to $4 and then faded all Friday long to 3ish…news is shady, but lots of shorts are in this and I couldn’t find any shares to short…probable short going forward as most likely it’ll trade and consolidate like Athersys Inc. (ATHX)
American Lithium Minerals Inc. (AMLME) as you know I shorted 5,000 shares at 1.29 even though it hadn’t gone negative on the day because there were so few shares to short…the stock faded perrrrfectly all day, I’m down just a penny/share…I wouldn’t be surprised to see some spiking tomorrow, but volume just fell off a cliff and considering this is a former pump & dump, and my position is so small, I look forward to covering at $1…technical support at 1.20, but I’d love to see a JYHW-type morning panic to cover into tomorrow or Tuesday.
JayHawk Energy, Inc. (JYHW) I got squeezed 10 cents/share on this pump for a loss of $400 and it looks very strong on Level 2 and the chart says it can breakout yet…hindsight I easy, but I should’ve taken profits of 20 cents/share when I had them…even though I think this collapses eventually, notice I am not risking a bigtime breakout….this is actually a potential buy now if it can break 1.60 convincingly…with some help from promoters, this could surge to 2, but right now it’s just mid-range and choppy.
eOn Communications Corp. (EONC) is fading now for the second day in a row, but volume is anemic…potential short, but be careful of getting squeezed…Lionmaster and pumpers like him could come in any time just to squeeze short sellers who disclose their positions openly…that’s why my goal of full transparency is just a dream…Investimonials.com is a good start, check out the new design!
EcoBlu Products Inc. (ECOB) had its first down day after a big pump & dump…this is the single most reliable setup in the entire stockmarket and one of my top students, Michael Goode, found 30,000 shares to short 93 cents/share…he’s gonna make between $5,000 and $15,000 depending on how quickly this pump collapses and how much patience he has….I wish I could’ve taken those shares to short, not huge, huge downside, but hugely predictable
