This is a textbook doubletop or tripletop at $10, but it could just be because so many technical traders got in due to the Briefing.com technical buy note put out just a few minutes after my initial alert…nasty overall market is probly to blame, breakouts are failing all over my screen, but as I said in my initial alert, downside risk was only 20-30 cents/share so I’m taking my small loss…I wanted to get out the market open, but the volume is so disappointingly light I had to wait a bit….very disappointing and my apologies for ever bringing this stock to everyone’s attention…NLST turned out to be the only good overnight buy, good news is this real company barely moves so my 20 cents/share loss is worst case scenario, please post gains/losses on TIMalerts.com, next!

    just you tatankov. got the alert at 9:57. – 600 LZB but I got in prior to the alert so I will take the credit for the loss. the market is boring I’ve got finals this week I am taking the day off. Cheers all!

    The alert woke me up (guess I worked too hard recently :) so nasty exit. Good news is after my recent big loss on BIOF (-$3200), I started to take quick profit so I already unloaded some position yesterday. Overall, +$192 on LZB.

    I agree, biof was brutal, the alerts make these stocks too volatile

    LZB played out exactly like CBOU did for me a few weeks back when it tried to break $9. This was destined to go down with or without Tim.

    LZB is random as hell and too sensitive to the market. That is exactly why i didn’t play it. I think it could go to 11, but in a very choppy random matter

    Anyone smart enough to short LZB? From the open of 10.17 it dropped almost 70-cents. Would’ve been quite the coup.

    the market looks like its finding support @ 1085 (S&P) for the umpteenth time… check the 1month chart of the S&P index.

    its time to be long again, i would say now is the time to buy LZB (below $10) as its gonna break out correctly this time.

    i believe Tim’s entry point was good, yet he should have entered in a smaller position (probed it), and add on now as the market recovers…

    tmrw debuts AOL, this will bring back good old memories and trigger a broad market rally. JMHO

    as for QLTI, big news, bad timing. conclusion bad company PR.

    Bear, WXCO is one crappy stock. A position around 2.35 is what I was looking for. Picked up some 2.29. Do not believe it can squeeze much past 2.40. The problem is not the ALERTS, but the auto-trading. Tim covers 2.80ish and we get the alert at 3.24. If you have 50k laying around put it in the aggressive auto. We sheep will pay the subs, buy the DVDs and some fat ass with 50k will roll the coin. The auto accounts should trade at least 15 minutes behind the alerts.

    Got out of LZB at $9.87 -$22. Not much of a loss but I was hoping my first trade off TIM alerts would be a winner! I’m quitting, just kidding. :)

    Bummer.

    Same thing happened to me yesterday. Bought LZB into the close on Monday because of the strong finish. Expecting a gap up and morning spike on yesterday morning, ended up selling at a ~3% loss. Wonder if it will do the same thing 3 days in a row?

    True, the only problem is either way the alerts are going to effect the stocks on the watchlist or the stocks “in play” for subs.. at least the low market caps… if you know the strategy well enough, the chance that you and tim are going to play the same stock is high which creates volatility in the stocks your trying to play via his strategy… obviously tim doesn’t create the fire but a lot of times he creates the sparks …

    Same here kickinit. Should’ve sold IFNY & RMIX at open for ~ $100 profit on $800 investment. Instead I lost about $30. IOW, the education continues.

    -225RWC up almost 200 shorting it and didnt take profit. Atleast i cut my lost. Bad day

    Is BIOF showing support around $3.10 or is it just my impatient imagination? With the declining volume I was hoping to see it dip below $3 but it’s being stubborn again.
