Netlist Inc. (NLST) is rebounding for the first time in a week or so, up 17% to 5.30…potential buy as this has been some healthy consolidation…wouldn’t be surprised to see the high 5s or low 6s on this rebound, but I didn’t buy because I truly hate buying penny stocks on dips as the vast majority fail to bounce very easily
Clear-Lite Holdings Inc. (CLRH) and NXT Nutritionals Holdings Inc. (NXTH) were officially linked to Charles Payne as pump & dumps by TheStreetSweeper…Mark my words, this will end badly for Payne, his telemarketing firm & his TV career…what an unethical goon…both stocks are potential shorts, but I like shorting at/near the top, now after big drops, both are risky…never know when Payne is gonna send out more sales pitches, he did get paid tens of thousands of dollars and told TheStreetSweeper he’s even more positive on these companies even though NXTH’s CEO credibility is shot.
ValueVision Media Inc. (VVTV) turned out to be the breakout I coulda woulda shoulda bought…some TIMalert subscribers profited as it surged 12%+ from 4 to 4.50 in the first 2 hours of trading…still a potential buy, but it’s over-extended now….good news is there was nice mid-day consolidation to the 4.2 area (former resistance, now acts as support)
La-Z-Boy Incorporated (LZB) I did buy 7,000 shares of at 10 on its breakout in an ugly market…soooo slow, this is the Driving Miss Daisy’s of technical breakouts…funny that Briefing.com noted
Relm Wireless Corp. (RWC) surged 60% on news of a big contract, but this company is just a middleman, nothing special and that’s why it downtrended all day…positive news mixed in with that negativity = no play either way for me
Infinity Energy Resources Inc. (IFNY) rebounded 20%+ in anticipation of their conference on December 10th to discuss their potential 3 billion barrels of oil…tomorrow could be a big day as shorts get squeezed, but no way would I hold overnight into that call….just as good odds the CEO backs away from that claim (lawyers/SEC pressure?) that he will increase the number of actually have a decent explanation…probable potential short after the call though…not before.
