Compugen Ltd. (CGEN) had another round of positive drug news from 4 to 5.5…I am not interested in trading this thing at all…I hate stocks with this much choppiness…potential short if it calms down and fades away like a good useless biotech stock.
Vermillion Inc. (VRMLQ) announced after the market close that they raised $40+ million at $18+/share…very big positive, not sure how the stock will react, remember Sonic Solutions (SNIC) raised $30 million at $9.70 when the stock was trading at that level and then surged to $12+ in the next 3 days…VRMLQ might drop a bit to the 18-20 range, but I think the odds are better than this mammoth fundraise pushes the stock to 25+…potential buy
Athersys Inc. (ATHX) had some nice sideways price action in the low 5s…down day is always good for short selling momentum, but it needs to take out support in the high 4s to make a great short…not sure if it wants to or is it just consolidating….beware of short squeezes with this one.
Atlas Pipeline Holdings LP (AHD) is now my #1 potential short…first down day on a stock known for falling after every spike…if and when this cracks the high 5s/6 area, it could quickly fall to the low 5s…fakeout breakdown is possible, but odds are good if and when support is breached…only when that support is breached, not gonna try to anticipate and risk getting squeezed.
Infinity Energy Resources, Inc. (IFNY) just keeps going, now $3+…congrats to the dozen or so TIMalert subscribers who have had the patience to hold on all this time…great pick, I just didn’t have enough confidence thanks to traveling and stupidly being influenced by stock racists (those who are racist against penny stocks …back of the bus!)…not a potential short yet…this could really squeeze still…
eOn Communications Corp. (EONC) finally spiked bigtime past the breakout at $4…people seem to be under the impression that this spike is bad since I shorted in the $3s…uhhhh guys, I’m a trader not a sissy value investor, I go both ways and once the stock started going against me, I got out and actually made 3 cents/share…you will NEVER find me shorting a gradually rising non-pump & dump…those of you who do deserve all your pain and more for you are ignoring my most scared trading rules as outlined in my DVDs (the DVDs exist to help you degenerates, use them and discover the dumb trading losses caused by ignoring them are FAR more expensive than the DVD packages themselves (30% off any DVD package/combo deal until December 31st…some of you greatly need them)…potential short soon as this one is over-extended
HI SCORE CORPORATION (HSCO) had the first down day after its blatant pump…ALFSS, gotta find shares to short of this, no easier play out there, unfortunately no tougher stock to find available shares to short too…gift and curse of my strategy, potential short.
