Compugen Ltd. (CGEN) had a very similar to ATHX first day spike from 3 to 5.5 on a collaborative deal…I highly doubt it’ll get the same second day spiking unless some analyst opens his mouth and shorts get suqeezed, but anyway, it’s a potential short.

General Growth Properties Inc. (GGWPQ) is a distressed company down from 70 to under $1/share, now back up to $12, trying to do a bigtime breakout…probly can do it, but who knows, I have ZERO edge with distressed companies unless you put in a month’s worth of research (as dismal analysts prove, even then the odds of success suck)…congrats to the StockTwits crew for nailing this one!

China Infrastructure Investment Corp. (CIIC) had a morning panic then was flat all day around $3/share after the previous day runup from 1.5 to 4.5, potential short, but finding available shares is difficult and its already consolidated a ton, I probly won’t do anything here.

Atlas Pipeline Holdings LP (AHD) has a very similar chart to CIIC although it’s been a multi-day runner from 3.5 to 7 in 4 days so its first down day yesterday to 6.25 could be the start of its descent…a bit of technical support at 6ish, other than that, this could really collapse over the next few days, bigtime potential short, beware of holiday-light-volume short squeezes though

Athersys Inc. (ATHX) predictably squeezed shorts after a morning drop yesterday…good to buy in the id 5s on that intraday breakout, some TIMalert subscribers…I chose to short sell into that short squeeze inspired breakout, mistiming my entry a bit at 6.04, risking a 30 cents/share loss at one point, holding firm since I saw the wall of sellers (watch my Level 2 DVD, it’s gonna change your trading) and covering at 5.88…shoulda woulda added to my miniscule position, but I was scared, which is why I got out so quickly too…nothing wrong with admit being scared, it’s a great thing in trading, if more people could stand on the Wall Street steps and shout out “I’m a trading coward and I am damn proud of it”, 90% of traders wouldn’t lose, our degenerate clan as a whole would be far more profitable….Somebody should start CowardTrader.com, I have enough things I’m working on….potential short as this is just its first down day, but there is some technical/support in the 5 area so not sure how it’ll handle that, could be some ore squeezing too, risky….I’ll wait for nice safe gradual fading

Jbi Inc. (JBII) did turn out to be a nice breakout buy as the 3:40pm EST PR from the previous day inspired a morning spike yesterday to 4.70…congrats to the few TIMalert subscribers who rode this thing, it’s one illiquid stock, potential short soon after this momentum wears off.

Infinity Energy Resources, Inc. (IFNY) continued its march higher to 2.84…$1/share higher from where I bought it…as you see, I am very good at sniffing out good stories with a ton of upside (Rino International Corporation (RINO) at 10ish, Diedrich Coffee Inc. (DDRX) at 4ish, Sonic Solutions (SNIC) at $6, but rarely have the patience to hold for very long…my loss, your gain, this is why I am a newsletter writer and not a hedge ufnd manager…congrats to all TIMalert subscribers who held this bad boy and ignored warnings from narrow-minded traders (those who refuse to see the predictability & potential of Pink Sheet stocks like Lionmaster…see his post dismissing my IFNY pick HERE)…great lessons for everyone…and later he banned me from his website LOL for this perrrfect pick! 100% ignorance, narrow-mindedness, NEVER ignore a good predictable setup, no matter the exchange, unless you’re a communist)…this stock could keep going, but it’s hit my initial target so I doubt I’ll buy again

eOn Communications Corp. (EONC) is close to breaking resistance at 4, will it do it or be a triple top? I don’t know and I don’t care…I don’t try to short tops (too much risk of getting squeezed fast), potential buy if it can breakout solidly…I don’t care that fundamentals stink, too low of a marketcap to short into gradual uptrending every day…even if it might just be Lionmaster buying, trying to create a short squeeze

HI SCORE CORPORATION (HSCO) has surged from 75 cents/share to 1.25 in 2 days…ignore that blip to 2, just a typo, real high is 1.50ish…stock promoter pump & dump, this can and will collapse like recent pumps SMCE and OPTZ…mission impossible to find shares to short, so I’ll probly not even get a chance to short it ☹

Novelos Therapeutics, Inc. (NVLT) held its gains rather well in the 1.50-1.75 area, mucho much choppiness…not good for shorting, stock is too over-extended to buy so I’ll just sit and wait for a better setup as I could trade this either way.
