Atlantic Wind & Solar Inc. (AWSL) I shorted 1,000 at 3.34ish because it broke the key 3.50 level its held for 2 months…great head and shoulders pattern, even if volume is somewhat light…this is still a pump & dump and the skeletons in the closet of this company are too great to ignore…full research blog post coming soon, but for now it’s just a miniscule position I look forward to building when shares become available…sorry for no email alert, my email service provider was down at the time, that’s why SMS text message alerts and blog posts are good…IM alerts coming in the next 2-3 weeks too! These pumpers announced a fluffy PR after the market close, I pray it lures in some suckers so I can short more at higher prices, but I fear that now that their alleged stock dividend executed on December 28th, shorts just wanna pile onto this carcass…I mean do you really think it’s a coincidence the stock broke multi-week support the very next day after their sketchy dividend executed? Nope, 100% pure pump & dump, excited to expose them more when I have the time to put all my research into a blog post, probly sometime in the New Year (finishing SEC Filing DVD and flying back to NYC tomorrow)
China BAK Battery, Inc. (CBAK) surged 60% to $3.64 on rumors of getting a contract from Google Inc. (GOOG), I don’t like buying or shorting on rumors like this as the stock can get halted at any second and the news is 100% unpredictable….lots of shorts already, I pray that they all get squeezed and create better shorting opportunities several days from now after volume fades and risk of news lessens.
Compugen Ltd. (CGEN) has now faded $1/share after one day spiking twice in the past few days…first from $5 to $4 now from $5.5 to $4.5….very good for pattern seekers, but now there is technical support at $4 and always risk of another positive piece of news…potential short, but risky
Vermillion Inc. (VRMLQ) I nailed as potential buy in yesterday’s premarket watchlist…I missed the morning runup over $25 due to my timidity, but once it broke out past the day high of 26 in the afternoon, it was an obvious buy as news on Pink Sheet stocks takes days to be reflected in stock price…see IFNY…200,000 shares are short, they are getting squeezed bigtime and the $40 million financing at 18.50ish/share means this company is actually healthy for the first time in a decade…all I want to do is to sell at $30ish, but who knows how high this goes…I will sell if fails to keep breaking out, or if it gaps and/or morning spikes too quickly, but if it continues rising gradually, I’ll hold on for this ride…$40 isn’t even out of the question, although I’ve successfully bought and sold 3 times now on this stock, just taking $2-3/share so I doubt I’ll get that greedy this time around either…congrats to those TIMalert subscribers who did buy in the morning, you’re up $5/share already!!!
Athersys Inc. (ATHX) dropped 20% to the low $4s after cracking technical support in the high $4s and then just gradually fading all day…perfect pattern, I shouldn’t have missed this, but thankfully several PennyStocking DVD students nailed this one, one guy making $10,000+…still a potential short, but the high 4s to low 4s was the gimme here, now I’m not sure how much more downside there is.
Atlas Pipeline Holdings LP (AHD) dropped below the key $6 technical support, but after 4 days of consolidation, it’s only down $1/share off its highs…potential short, but there’s still some support in the 5.80s and there’s risk that this is HEALTHY consolidation instead…especially since it uptrended slightly into the market close
Miller Petroleum Inc. (MILL), Jbi Inc. (JBII) and Infinity Energy Resources, Inc. (IFNY) are 3 oil-related shadddddy OTCBB & Pink Sheet listed companies…all stocks have gone Supernova making them all potential shorts when the charts begin rolling over…JBII and MILL are breaking out big, they’ll be good shorts soon…IFNY looks to be a better short now after its first down day…all potential shorts, but be careful since these are all very illiquid and have more upside potential than downside…something stock racists like Lionmaster doesn’t understand.
eOn Communications Corp. (EONC) faded a bit early this morning, then squeezed shorts late day…what idiots short a gradually uptrending $10 million company that breaks past previous highs…not my subscribers…potential short ONLY after a lot more spiking (no I won’t buy either…you guys gotta learn stocks aren’t just buys or shorts, there are many, many, many more patterns that offer no great risk-reward either way)
