This was sent to TIMalert subscribers at 1AM EST this morning because I am the hardest-working penny stocker in the world:

Thinkorswim-Based Account: $101,854, profited roughly $2,000 on one of my most accurate calls ever shorting CLWT for a quick 20% gain in a few hours, account up 11% in November, up 139% in 2009 and up 720% in the last 2 years

NXT Nutritionals Holdings Inc. (NXTH) now has Shaquille O’Neal promoting their product to kids…my God, am I the only sane person in the world who bothers to look at a company’s financials before partnering/investing with them? Shaq is getting a few million shares, but if he doesn’t sell quick, he’ll probly get burned, just as everyone else in THIS BLATANT PUMP & DUMP WHOSE CEO BLAMES ME FOR THE STOCK CRASH EVEN THOUGH SOMEBODY PAID $500,000 FOR A PAID PROMOTION JUST A FEW WEEKS AGO…this is a massive potential short when the roof caves in, but I hope they do another round of pumping so I can expose them for the scumbags that they are. (ind you I’ve said some pretty harsh things about these scumbags and yet I’ve received no complaints…that means what I am saying is dead on)…disgustingly beautiful corrupt penny stocks

American Claims Evaluation, Inc. (AMCE) has surged from 75 cents/share to 1.50 in 3 days and now has fading volume…potential short except it’s just a $7 million company so I’m not exactly looking forward to betting against such a miniscule company.

Hemispherx BioPharma, Inc (HEB) did indeed drop 40% on the day, but it was never a good short opportunity unless you were short before the negative FDA news…now it’ll probly shrink in a choppy fashion and be useless message board bait just like Spongetech Delivery Systems Inc. (SPNG), endlessly dissected by suckers too dumb to realize the pump is over, no play for me except to mock it and those who chat about it.

Santarus, Inc. (SNTS) got FDA approval and after spiking from 4 to 5.8 in the morning, it downtrended perfectly all day to finish up just 8% at 4.66…very disappointing it couldn’t even spike for 2 days…potential short due to this pathetic display although it has come down a ton so I won’t rush into shorting…preferably I will short if it does manage to spike quickly.

Origin Agritech Limited (SEED) had its first down day and I considered shorting as it took out the morning low at 12.75 around 2pm EST, but there’s strong support at 12 and even though it was a nice gain, its close at 12.47 meant the downside today was limited by the big initial drop…further downside likely, just not sure how much and it is a pricey stock, probly not worth my time considering how many other short sellers are in this…could be a powder keg like the Black Hand if they put out a hyped up press release….potential short though as a financing at discount prices is more likely, which makes technical analysis rather irrelevant.

BioFuel Energy Corp. (BIOF) has surged from 1.5 to 3.5 in 5 days without any news…every spike in the past has been a good short so why should this time be any different…patterns can evolve and this one likes to spike in the morning so I’ll look to short on any afternoon fade if it can go from green to slightly red on the day just like CLWT today…beware of fakeouts and short squeezes though as this one seems to have a ton of momentum behind it.

Euro Tech Holdings Co. Ltd. (CLWT) was one of my best calls ever, plenty of shares available to short since I reserved shares early in the morning with Thinkorswim, I thought about shorting early at 4, but waited for the infinitely more reliable green to red on the day price action shorting 3,5000 shared at 3.57 just after 1pm…perfect late day collapse to under 3, I covered for a $2k profit because it hit my target faster than I imagined it would

Netlist, Inc. (NLST) continued its freefall, taking out the morning low and yesterday’s low of 4.80 late in the day, although its quick rise in the afternoon means either hedge fund traders pushed it down to create a fale sense of panic or news that Harry Boxer’s newsletter was buying late day influenced the stock a bit…not sure if Harry is senile or what, but roughly 999 stocks out of 1,000 that have this pattern don’t bounce…potential short still, just tough to find many shares to short

GSI Technology, Inc. (GSIT) really collapsed, down 30%+ off its 6 highs in just 2 days…I underestimate how much of a pump and dump this was, I was actually thinking about buying it towards the market close of its first day runup (would’ve been better than GRO), but now that it’s gone up and come down, there’s really no high percentage play either way.
