Why I Shorted 2 Stocks Up 5,400% & 600% & Introducing PUMP Research: The First Penny Stock Research Reports

Posted by Timothy Sykes on Tue 17th of Nov, 2009 03:44:38 PM

Below you can see what I’ve sent to TIMalert subscribers, how they have $17,000+ profit today and I’m up $4,000+ today (still hold both my positions); only TIMalert subscribers will know when I close my positions), but if you want the detailed research reports for these stocks, you will have to subscribe to my new service PUMP Research, which consists of emailing subscribers 6 to 15 monthly research reports (depending on how many pump & dumps there are in a given month), costing $447 per month or $3,597 per year (equals $299 per month, you basically save 33%).

Right now I have 2 fat research reports, both 5+ pages on IMGG and NLST and if you subscribe I will email them to you…pretty amazing facts uncovered…like just how many shares does IMGG have outstanding and what is the status of NLST’s legal battles…hmmmmmm :)

I know this prices many of you out of being PUMP Research subscribers, but I, along with my research team (yup, I’ve taken on a few incredible researchers) spend hours upon hours (in this case all weekend) doing the hardcore digging into these stocks that nobody else is willing to do. We have no competition and yet we are perfectionists, pouring over every last detail. A comparable product is FootNoted PRO which costs $2,500/year but does not cover the nasty world of penny stocks.

Unlike “free” penny stock newsletters and “research reports”, we will never be compensated by companies we write about because that would bias our reports and then we would have to put in a ridiculous disclaimer, risk SEC closure and not sleep at night due to our suckering little old ladies into the worst companies in the world. My research team and I sleep great at night because we know we expose the truth, good or bad (not all reports will be negative by any means), and that’s what counts. And we will always disclose whether or not we have positions in these stocks (usually yes because if we feel strong enough to research something, we usually think the stock is going to move big one way or the other).

At the end of the day $447 per month for REAL penny stock research is a steal…the cost of cheaper and “free” newsletters actually turns out to be several thousand or several tens of thousands of dollars per month due to poor information.

PUMP Research subscribers will also have a special restricted section of the new TimothySykes.com when it launches later this week (stop asking me when it’s gonna be ready, ask Pallian) and they will be entitled to deals on being TIMalert subscribers and several of the other new features coming in the next few days. (contact me if you have any questions)

OR

Save 33% and become an annual PUMP Research subscriber ($299/month as opposed to $447) because you know I’m obsessed with providing the best and most accurate research in penny stock land…

After all, you can see some previous teasers of what these research reports will look like, I called 3 stocks in a row that were later halted by the SEC…I know my stuff…you can see those examples below:

Calling SpongeTech Delivery Systems Inc. (SPNG) a blatant pump & dump 4 months before the NY Post wrote about it and the SEC halted their stock (and before the stock dropped 90%+)

Hardcore penny stock research on management’s skeletons too

This is my “official penny stock fraud” post, it contains 7+ examples of the kind of reporting that PUMP Research will be doing

The penny stock with ZERO cash, ZERO revenues and which operates out of a PO BOX

The penny stock that sold shares at a 90%+ discount to their stock price

$80 million vitamin penny stock whose CEO lost his medical license

You can also see what I sent to TIMalert subscribers today:

Yesterday you read about how TIMalert subscribers and I profited nearly $40,000 by short selling a penny stock which had doubled based on a misleading press release…

Today I alerted TIMalert subscribers within seconds of my trades:

I Shorted 10,000 Imaging3, Inc. (IMGG) at $1.64, I was fortunate to have found shares to short of this stock so I took a decent-sized position…entire research report coming later, but there are so many things wrong with this pump & dump, main thing is they sold 100 million shares at 2.5 cents/share just a few weeks ago…all those buyers are dying to sell ASAP, stock options too, there’s over 400 million shares outstanding, every SEC filing has different numbers, potential SEC halt, it already tanked a bit off its highs from $2, but it was due to a horrific earnings report, which was announced via SEC filing, not PR…my goal is to cover in the low $1s,, support at $1, so I’d be happy with $1.10ish…of course an SEc halt would take it down to 50 cents/share or lower, so let’s see the what the SEc thinks once I show them all my research, the research the SEC should be doing themselves….mental stop loss if it breaks above $1.95

Out IMGG (1000 at 1.44 and 1000 at 1.52), +$320.
-parabol

out IMGG +$262.50
-Reaper

IMGG, out plus $220 on short and bought at 1.46.

and:

Shorted 4000 Netlist, Inc. (NLST) at $5.59, Small Speculative Position…Thinkorswim had shares available and as I write this they still do…volume has already begun to fade and while it could squeeze the shorts and spike mid-day (which is why I kept the position small), today is also its first down day and the stock is up from $1/share just a few days ago…if it takes out 5.40, it’s a nice win, if it can take out 5, its a home run as stop losses might take it down to the low 4s…and i might have to cover quick into panic selling because stop losses only get taken out once…goal is to cover in the low 4s…mental stop loss if it goes positive on the day, great risk reward for a small position here….i spent all weekend doing research and i have a whopper of a research report for this one, it will debut later this afternoon

UPDATE: Still short 10,000 IMGG as of this writing and 4,000 NLST, I covered my NLST at $5.04 for a gain of $2,195, but I re-entered my short at $4.40 before the end of the day…as TIMalert subscirbers know…by the time you read this, who knows and who cares what I have…this is the EXACT pattern outlined in my PennyStocking DVDs..you either want to learn or not…if not, enjoy watching people who are right about 40% of the time, aka the entire joke of a financial media industry!
