Reshorted 4000 Qiao Xing Mobile Communication Co., Ltd. (QXM) at $4.80…its inability to spike in the morning like it usually does and its huuuugely fading volume are great signs that this runup is over…still risk of a mid-day spike as the overall market is strong, but if it can stay down 10-20 cents/share on the day like it is right now, that’s a great sign for an afternoon fade/tank and potential morning panic tomorrow below key support at $4.50…goal is to cover at $4, mental stop loss if it starts spiking, although I might just add then too
…I knew this was not just a good trade, it was a GREAT one, based on the strength of the setup. After all, QXM’s recent chart pattern was STRAIGHT out my PennyStocking Part Deux DVD package:
On Friday morning I overslept, but the chart pattern was so storng that it didn’t matter, so I sent this to TIMalert subscribers:
Covered 4000 QXM at 4.30ish…I was EXTRA patient today, giving 45 minutes to breakdown, but while it tried a few times, there were solid buyers in in the $4.20 range…it could keep downtrending, but is it really worth my time to go for an extra $400-$800 and risk denting my $2,000 gain? No, especially when I have to leave for LiveStock studio in about an hour…congrats to all those who profited form this gimme…to those who didnt I say watch my PennyStocking Part Deux DVD (this pattern is explained in detail) and if you couldn’t find shares to short, get a new broker!
