Tim, got a trading idea: Short with a small position, say 200-500 shares, and then repeatedly increase the short position for as long as price keeps going up. The more wrong you are in the initial entry, the bigger the gains on the inevitable collapse. Just be aware of position size, this technique requires being well-capitalised.

Timothy,
You are correct about the majority of penny stocks but there are
exceptions and Leo is the exception.
The Princeton Research guy who owns 300,000 shares did not get
the shares from Leo or from someone else.
He received the shares from a prior company on the pink sheet that
went private and Leo bought the stock symbal and the new Leo
shareholders received the stock of the old company which is now
Leo Motors.
So you just can not assume from someone having stock in a company
that he or someone else was paid by the company to promote the shares
so the company or large investors can sell into the promotion.
I am following the electric vehicle area and know all the car companies,
the battery companies and the component companies and think Leo Motors
was and is the best investment at this time and everything in the Princeton
report is correct.
The shares having a low of $.10 and are currently selling at $2.90 likely
will consolidate for a while at this level but I expect possible a $10 price
sometime next year ( got the right number in your post) and I would encourage
the company to not pay anyone cash or stock to get the price higher at this
time because it would only add more shares to the float and prevent the shares
to trade significantly higher over the next two years.

Jack, I gave you public proof that LEOM has paid for promotion or a shareholder paid to them get promoted in the past...that is shady, accept it. if u were an analyst, u were probly a shady analyst who got paid to promote penny stocks too...the entire world of penny stocks is shady. LEOM is nothing special, just another paid promo...do me a favor and start a blog with non-compensated picks, until then, u're just a shady scumbag like the rest, good day

DISCLOSURE: i have zero shares of leom long or short, i call it shady because there is easily findable public information that it is a paid pump...i HATE these scumbags who try to pretend that paid pumping is normal/not shady. i hope somebody pays $2mil for LEOM to be pumped to $10+, i'll buy on the way up and short on the way down as outlined in all my DVDS...DVDs Jack should probly watch before he wastes my precious time with his stupidity

Timothy, you still did not read the info on Leo Motors as you still call
Leo a shady company.
And talking to some people who said it is against the law to short a
stock then write lies about the company to get the stock to go down
so you can make a profit.
I was also a professional analyst for many years and anyone who told
a lie just once was crossed off the list and eventually left the business.
So be aware of what you are doing especially in any stock that I have
an interest such as Leo Motors.

Hey Jackass, when your SHADY company gets PROMOTED with disclaimers like:

Prepared by Princeton Research Inc. www.Princetonresearch.com. Rule 17B: requires disclosure of monies paid for investor relations. Princeton Research is not being paid for this report, However both Princeton and its principal own approx 300,000 shares. Princeton has been paid for research reports in the past, but not this issue.

it means you're a pump & dump. case closed. quit wasting my time your ignorance and/or corruption

This Timothy does not want to answer my comments on untruth comments
on Leo Motors. I listed two sources showing what a great company this is being
the best play in the electric vehichle area and no answer from him.
I do not know him or his web site or recommendations but it appears to me he
seeing a stock which goes up in price then he makes up lies about the company
and takes a short position himself and tries to get others to short the stock so
the price goes down and he makes some money.
It would be appreciated if anyone that knows his operation could give some
comments if this is how this guy works.
