New Sogotrade account started on 11/24/09 at $115,000, currently down $600ish on my overnight short of 3,000 shares of SEED due to late day squeeze, but looking good for tomorrow.

Conservative Auto-Trade Account: $178,344, made $1249 shorting and covering DRAM…account is up 30% since 05/01/09 start

TIMalert subscribers and I made just over $4,000 today, although some people don’t understand that we are trading volatile stocks so if a stock doesn’t crack resistance/support like it should, it means it’s time to get out, maybe even flip the position and go the other way!

Diedrich Coffee, Inc. (DDRX) ‘s continued bidding war strength couldn’t help Caribou Coffee Inc. (CBOU) finally break above 9, CBOU failed for a 4th time, dropping roughly 50 cents/share…very tough to play takeover related stocks, CBOU is still a potential buy every time it can break 9, but like OPTT, there are constant sellers so I sit on the sidelines

Origin Agritech Limited (SEED) I shorted 3,000 shares late day at 10.30 after it broke the morning low and went negative on the day…shoulda woulda coulda covered at 10 within an hour for the easy $1,000, but I got greedy and held and got squeezed a bit into the market close…the news is nice, but as I said in the alert, it came out days before so the opening gap to 7 is the most realistic price before the momentum traders got a hold of it…potential morning strength tomorrow, ideally followed by gradual downtrend and crack below $10 support…learn from DRAM, if it doesn’t crack technical support from the previous day I will cover my short quickly…learn the strategy people, ignorance is no excuse and some of you have learned that trading losses are far more expensive and wasteful than my instructional DVDs which will help prevent such dumb trading mistakes

AgFeed Industries, Inc. (FEED) is a bigtime potential short today as competitor Agria Corporation (ADR) (GRO) tanked 15%+ after being up too much due to FEED…just like CBOU trying to be the next DDRX and failing, it’s usually good to short sell the runt of the litter.

WIND WORKS POWER (WWPW) turned out to be the latest stock promoter gap and crap…good to buy into the previous day, but the strength is so fleeting, no newsletter writer in their right mind would recommend such a risky play that usually collapses when the pumping isn’t on…potential short still, companies that pay for promotion are worthless in value and ethics.

Netlist, Inc. (NLST) managed to go green and stay green on the day, which was surprising, but volume faded bigtime and it’s looking more and more like a great short…sure, sure, the technology might be solid, but it’s still up 650% in a week or so…unsure if this is just the latest Thanksgiving pump & dump (TIMtactics DVD students know what I mean)

Dataram Corporation (DRAM) was very disappointing when it couldn’t crack below the prior day’s support at 4.20, but I covered my shares quickly and made $3,700+…more disappointing were the TIMalert subscribers who refuse to learn my strategy, then complain when they lose money based on their own ignorance and lack of discipline. How many times have I said I will cover or sell a stock if it does not act my way….by holding 4.20 it was a CLEAR sign that there would be no morning panic and with competitor NLST squeezing, that opens the door to a short squeeze…those who lost on this play are pathetic, those who didn’t congrats, you are not pathetic. Seriously, I got emails form people not being able to trade until the afternoon and wondering why the stock spiked so much—guys, unless I am shorting true pump & dumps like EMGE GVBP that I would love to hold short forever, I will be quick on my trigger to protect myself…pathetic earnings after the market close will take this down a bit, but I won’t short as it held support meaning there is strength left here.

Americas Energy Company (AENY) collapsed all the way to 1.75 from 3 in just 2 days, typical pump & dump action, just like CLRH, NXTH and a million other turds…some people think I’m too hard on these companies, I know I am nowhere hard enough and if I wanted justice instead of trading profits, I could do enough research to shut these companies all down (Canada has a cease trade order out for AENY)…no play now, it’ll probly be choppy like CLRH and NXTH (PS FOX News/penny stock promoter Charles Payne has yet to respond to my blog posts accusing him of manipulating those stocks…if any of you know him or get telemarketed to by his shady firm, call him out on this BS)
