Vermillion, Inc. (VRMLQ) is back to over the key level of $20 on solid news of reorganization…problem is the daily volume is only 50,000 or so, not worth my time/risk of getting stuck in this kind of position especially with the wide spread.

Bryn Resources Inc (BRYN) dropped 40% at the market open on Friday as the illusion of actual investor interest fades if the market makers aren’t supporting the price, but rebounded to finish down just a bit…you’ll see this happen A LOT with pump & dumps, very NPHC and IMGG-like…potential short for sure, nice ceiling now at 80 cents/share, so while I do want to short it, I might also buy it if it breakout on strong manipulated volume…I hate shorting stocks under $1!

Euro Tech Holdings Co. Ltd. (CLWT) has already dropped to $2.75 after surging from 2 to 3 all within one day last week…75 cents/share of downside doesn’t give me much room to be wrong on any potential short, but this has usually been a good short on every spike in the past because the company really is that bad….potential short, but I’d love a bigger spike to short into, c’mon pumpers, pump it, pump it up!

QLT Inc. (QLTI) turned out to be a PERFECT breakout above 4.50 to the 4.80s…congrats to some TIMalert subscribers who rode it, I wasn’t quick enough to buy right at the market open but this shows the usefulness of my premarket watchlists. And to those who think TIMalerts causes spikes, did I cause this stock’s spike? No, of course not…the truth is, and those who have watched my DVDs know this, I buy/short stocks right at key inflection points…if I am right, the stock will move quickly, whether I buy/short or send out trade alerts or not…look at QLTI’s chart…now it’s too late for me to buy, but had I been more prepared, this was an easy 7% gain and the move probly isn’t over yet anyway.

Origin Agritech Limited (SEED) is for TIMalert subscribers only

Netlist, Inc. (NLST) is for TIMalert subscribers only

Dataram Corporation (DRAM) I covered all 5,000 shares near the market open because there were tons of buyers at 3.60ish (a wall of buyers which I’ll explain in my upcoming Learn Level 2 DVD) meaning the 3.70-3.80 area was about as much as I could get so I took it…shorts got squeezed for the next hour or so before it faded late day back to 3.90…great short, especially risk-reward-wise, got a little lucky with Dubai problems, but this is still a potential short as long as it stays under former support of 4.20.
