Why This Penny Stock Pump & Dump Just Became A Whole Lot More Similar To Spongetech

Watch these 7 free video lessons on how I became a millionaire

To date TIMalert subscribers and I have made in excess of $11,000 short selling Nutra Pharma Corp. (NPHC) due to the MULTITUDE OF RED FLAGS surrounding the company, its products and its executives.

See all 7 feature articles I’ve written dissecting and PROVING how shady this company is:

Nutra’s executives SHADY pasts

Why did Nutra’s stock price surge 2,000%?

TIMalert subscribers and I making $7,000+ shoritng for the second time

Comparing Nutra to Spongetech

Beating the Dow Jones Newswire to the story by a week

Nutra raising $ at an 89% discount to market prices

TIMalert subscribers and I making $4,000+ shorting Nutra the first time

But yesterday the story just got shadier as Nutra took a play out of the Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. (SPNG) book of how to lure in suckers to buy your stock (that playbook is available now in the Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN) store HERE!) by announcing they’re taking out ads in pro sports publications (remember Spongetech blanketed Major League Baseball fields & US Open tennis courts with their crap meant to suck into their scheme dumb sports fans), namely the NFL Alumni Guide & Yearbook.

WTF is that you ask? How the hell should I know! NPHC is a cheesy SPNG ripoff, they can’t even afford bigtime ad placements:

DELRAY BEACH, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–XenaCare Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:XCHO – News), a company specializing in the marketing and retail distribution of consumer healthcare products, has announced today that it has signed an advertising agreement with Belmont International to market its over-the-counter pain reliever, Cobroxin, in the 2009 NFL Alumni Guide and Yearbook. Belmont International is the official publisher of the NFL Alumni Guide and Yearbook.

The NFL Alumni Guide and Yearbook reaches hundreds of thousands of NFL fans each year. In addition to its public release, the 2009 Publication will also be released under a controlled distribution to current and past players of the league, team owners, coaches, and league executives.

“We are excited to announce this advertising agreement because the NFL Alumni Association not only represents one of the most prestigious sports organizations in North America, but also because it reaches a demographic that we believe will have a strong interest in our pain reliever, Cobroxin,” explained Frank Rizzo, President of XenaCare Holdings. “As we move forward with our national launch, we plan to continue announcing our additional marketing outreach campaigns that are designed to help build awareness around Cobroxin and to support our current online sales at Cobroxin.com as well as sales at retailers, both online and brick-and-mortar, where Cobroxin will soon be available,” he concluded.

NPHC’s stock jumped 50% yesterday to 55 cents/share, but no I didn’t short, I have ZERO position, just reporting on the facts of how scummy these soulless scumbags are…I hope they pump this thing up over $1, at that price, I’ll actually buy as it’ll prove these pumpers are competent as opposed to what I think of them right now…in any case, TIMalert subscribers will know if and when I trade this stock within seconds of my actual execution!

PS NPHC didn’t take out the ads, XenaCare Holdings, Inc. (XCHO), their exclusive distributor/marketer who happens to have some of the same executives as NPHC took out the ads

PPS Suckers/fans of NPHC will come back and say I’m not even considering the product’s potential…I’ll retort the product doesn’t matter, it NEVER does…it’s just misinformation meant to distract from the real product that NPHC is selling: shares at discount prices….that’s how pump & dumps works, ALWAYS, whether suckers want to realize it and use my comprehensive study guides that teach people how to profit legally from recognizing penny stock shadiness and corruption to profit from it or not.

The product is a worthless POS anyway. Homeopathic products are nothing but placebos.

Great piece Timothy. You seem to have this angle covered on the NPHC scam.
If people only knew the criminals behind NPHC.
