This was sent to TIMalert subscribers at 1-PM EST last night while you were trying to figure out how to pay for your Happy Meal:
Interesting article: the SEC standardizes rules on busting trades…never happened to me, but I’ve seen many traders get “great” fills on trades later canceled…good to see the SEC improving, really amazing actually!
TIM trading account—now stands at $79,642, no trades, no positions, I’m up 8% in September, 87% in 2009 and up 542% in the last 22 months
Longer Term Account $162,541, no trades/positions…account is up 17% since May 1st, 2009 inception…you can auto-trade auto-trade this account HERE
Another $1,600 day for TIMalert subscribers today! Not huge by any means, but these are high percentage trades so I’m proud.
$191 loss on HOKU. Went long yesterday @ 3.04, sold today @ 2.96. Was aiming for a squeeze since HOKU did not break down when it went below 3 yeste

Vermillion, Inc. (VRMLQ) has been basing near its highs in the $17s, and I actually considered buying it since the last time it had this price action, it was at $4 just a few days ago…this time however the sideways price action led to a drop to $14.5 by mid-day…some TIMalert subscribers profited nicely, but then it rebounded…tough to play such illiquid stocks, I’m just watching and learning.
CEL-SCI Corporation (CVM) dropped 15% to $1.38 after TheStreet.com wrecked the company’s credibility, as a very positive article linking CVM’s swine flu product was being considered by the government…turns out the author might be a fake…so is CVM’s $200 million marketcap deserved? Rodman & Renshaw Capital Group Inc. (RODM) raised money for them, I’m telling you my conspiracy theories aren’t crazy, this entire niche is rotten to the core…big potential negative for CVM and RODM.
Nutra Pharma Corp. (NPHC) is for TIMalert subscribers only!
American Lithium Minerals Inc (AMLM) finally started craking today, just 11 cents/share, but this could be the beginning of the end…very few shares to short…yes, lots of stocks are good shorts but there are few shares available…don’t get frustrated, anytime you have a strategy that wins 80-90% of the time, people are gonna want in…the game comes down to trying to find shares and making decent money when you actually do
Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) is for TIMalert subscribers only!
Hoku Scientific, Inc. (HOKU) dropped perfectly from $3 to $2.70…TIMalert subscribers were trying to tell me to short it, but I stuck to my firm rules about not shorting companies up due to fundamentally positive reasons…looks like this company is such a pile of crap that nothing could keep the stock up! Congrats guys, in my instructional DVD packages teaching how I research, the ideal chart patterns etc., I often say you can do better than me, I’m not perfect, yada, yada, yada, looks like some of you are already getting there, congrats!
UCBH Holdings, Inc. (UCBH) is a struggling bank that surged 75% to $1.16 on volume of 60 million shares today when they announced they have interest from a Chinese bank wanting to own 50% up from 10%…God bless America, the Chinese are now richer than us so they’re gonna try to takeover some of our distressed companies…no real trade here, the stock spiked from the get go and was flat all day…not gonna try and predict takeover news, next!
Vista Gold Corp. (VGZ) spiked 20% to $3ish all on gold’s strength…this is a great chart to buy longterm, but every time its spiked in the past, it never really continued for very long…is today’s big gold move over the hugely important $1,000 level gonna stick? Truly no way to know, this metal is very confusing although I would say today’s move shifted the odds of a big move upward from 40% to 60%…still too low for me to partake, I like my pump & dumps!
Genova Biotherapeutics, Inc. (GVBP) is for you know who!
