Uh Oh, This Biotech Scam Is Signing Deals With Companies That Have The Same Address…

Watch these 7 free video lessons on how I became a millionaire

As you might know I’ve been somewhat negative on the scam that is Genova Biotherapeutics, Inc. (GVBP). I say scam freely because all the facts, SEC filings and press releases point to it being a scam. I would love if this scam complained about me calling them a scam, but I know they won’t because they are a scam and complaining about me calling them a scam would bring this scam to light. (Seriously, I dare you to bring it scammers,

You can read my research in this blog post where I highlight that this was a travel company until last month…and they have $35,000 in cash in the bank to try to cure cancer.

You can see their misleading press releases where they talk about hundreds of millions in potential revenue and being a takeover target…worse than the misinformation employed by similar pump & dump Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. (SPNG) (whose former accountant just said some very bad stuff today LOL)

You can read one of my students who summarized this pump & dump nicely (he knows the most because he’s a TIMalert lifetime member…learn more)

But the latest evidence that GNVA is a total scam that should be halted by the SEC if they weren’t wasting their time on cases like going after Mark Cuban…these companies that allegedly signed deals with GNVA ALL HAVE THE SAME ADDRESS…AND THE SAME WEB DESIGNER…AND MANY OF THE SAME EXECUTIVES.

Prime Bioresearch Limited (see their “collaboration agreement” with GVBP HERE)
4th Floor
36 Spital Square
London, E1 6DY
England

BRIDGE BIORESEARCH PLC – UNITED KINGDOM (see their “collaboration agreement” with GVBP HERE)
36 Spital Square
London E1 6DY
United Kingdom

You gotta love that Dr. Wang Chong, Anders Boegh Jensen and June Scott are on multiple management teams and “scientific advisory boards” among these 3 companies…now that’s collaboration!

Go to the companies websites linked below in this paragraph and see they were all designed by “www.bakerwilcox.co.uk”…coincidence, I think not…I believe Prime BioResearch, Genova Biotherapeutics, and Bridge BioResearch to be all part of the same pump & dump operation.

Not that it matters, today’s drop of 60%+ from the manipulated highs of $1/share:

…is due to the $ running out to do anymore stock promotion and an inability to keep spitting out 5+ fluff press releases/day…it’s the EXACT same pattern I detail in my PennyStocking DVDs, predictable pump & dump patterns that have been happening for a decade, by which I have become a millionaire…and I have little doubt we’ll also see some spiking. (promoters will say shorts came in, lying soulless promoters, where were those shares to short, tell me, you lying sacks of shit just make people dumbed..thank you, all i gotta do is speak the truth and I peel away years of your lies)

Understand I’m not currnetly short when I write this, but I am looking for shares so I might be short by the time you read this…it does me no good to release my research before I short, but then again, I’m not in this for personal trading profits, what matters most is how my PennyStocking DVD students & TIMalert subscribers profit (unlike stock promoters who offer free picks, but trade against you and use you to get bribed by scams like GVBP)

I personally mistimed this play, shorting at 42 cents/share, covering at 62 cents/share, losing $3,930, not that there really was any great entry to short when shares were available, but check out how TIMalert subscribers cut losses somewhat quickly and some even adapted to reap huuuge rewards trading this scam long and short (not a bad thing to buy scams…as evidenced by this scam…I just prefer shorting, especially when I catch the company paying promoters to lie and mislead in press releases and fake research reports), total profits in excess of $40,000:

Huuuuge win today Timmy boy, made $26k before 11am, held my shares overnight and didn’t sleep much, but now it’s worth it!
-John C.

Sorry Tim, I got this shares at IB early this morning, shorted 23000 at 88 cents, just covered at 45, $9865 in profits!!!
-JT

-George A.

-Bill

-BearNine

To those who profited buying, congrats, you made $ on a scam, I’m happy for you, just learn to take profits and don’t believe any of the BS

To those who profited from shorting, great job…finding shares wasn’t easy, nor was the timing…it’s probly not over yet and I give it a 20%-30% chance of being halted by the SEC asking “for more information”.

To those of you who lost shorting, we were on the right track, just not an ideal setup.

To those of you who lost buying, don’t be such a sucker, learn from these study guides, these things happen over and over

    one more testimonial to add:

I made around $6000 covering at an average price of $0.51. I wish I could have shorted more, but reserving 10K shares at $1.50 was holding up $15K in my account for over a week so I didn’t want to risk anymore considering the possibility of it gapping over $1.50 and the limit order executing early.

You should hear the crap their spouting now…

During this almost 2 hour ordeal, short-sellers figured that everyone was ‘blind’ and in the dark for a bit so t hey took the ‘opportunity’ to smash down the company andv make big profits at everyone else’s expense.

“smash” down the company and make big profits at everyone else’s expense” Wait isn’t that what their doing… I guess their like the government, they don’t like competition… LOL

suppose you could do that easily if you can guestimate how much of a loss you’d consider the beginning of a dump with a trailing stop loss. As long as it remained liquid enough to pull your hedge out and didn’t give you a fake out. Can you play both sides with the same broker? I know ToS when you buy a stock that you’re short it automatically treats it as a cover. Haven’t had the opportunity to try hedging with a long to ask a rep in live chat.

I guess you don’t need a trailing stop but just a solid stop loss at your short position price since you don’t want the long to close until your short position goes green. With IB it would be easy to see when/if more shares became available before it dumps to close your short and reshort higher. Now that I think about this more I am curious if you’ve ever thought seriously about setting up this type of gameplan more often with situations where you’re just trying to be in a position to have the shares ready when the inevitable happens

also you would have to be very confident about your short price that it would dump below it if you hedge with a long at the same point. With IB it would be easy to see when/if more shares became available before it dumps to close your short and reshort higher. So you should also know that the Chairman Mr Tor Svensson of BridgeBio has mysteriously vanished off the company’s website and his cell phone that was listed on the Plus Markets application is no longer working. Did the FSA discover the scam before it listed !! did they see that shareholder funds were used to buy St Pauls Equities (mysteriously also disapperared off line) after it was selling shares in PrimeBio . Genova Bio is also owned by the same people and a further company NextGenBio was also stopped at the last minute.
How may other investors need to be scammed before these guys are in jail !!!
