Opexa Therapeutics Inc. (OPXA) and Adeona Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AEN) I psyched myself out on the gimme that was OPXA…AEN tanked too quick so that was out, but OPXA tanked and then spiked in the morning, and I thought I was getting a good deal shorting 1500 shares at $5…15 seconds later at $5.50 I got scared and got out…15 seconds later, it was down to $5 and I knew I’d played a morning spike very poorly…but I didn’t rush back, instead calming myself, trying not to think about the incredibly undisciplined $800ish loss, remembering the lessons in my PennyStocking DVD packages: wait for sideways price action and for the stock to take out the day low…mid-afternoon I re-shorted 3000 at $4.44 with the goal of covering under $4…perfect gradual downtrending all afternoon and I got back to even on the day so I took my gains at $4.20…safe, but impatient…when the stock closed at $3.95ish, I was annoyed, but I know a morning spike or overnight news is possible so it was a good profit…I’m glad TIMalert subscribers made over $7,000…this is another potential short tomorrow….support at $3.50ish might limit downside/increase likelihood of spiking

VIVUS, Inc. (VVUS) had positive drug news, spiking the stock 70%, but from morning to finish, it barely budged in the high $11s…intraday support at $11.50, intraday resistance at $12.50…methinks this could keep going if it breaks $12.50, potential buy
VG finally cracked the $1.40 technical support, closing at $1.35…took 8 days to finally crack that level, it’s important…possible morning panic or just continued gradual fading down to $1, looks good for a short, but risk is news
Energy XXI (Bermuda) Limited (EXXI) squeezed the shorts who thought it would just away…now 75 cents/share to $1.65 after a day of consolidation in the $1.25 area…this kind of a mid-day spike is why get s nervous with stocks that’s have consolidated a lot like OPXA…potential short if this can spike another day or two.
