On the back of news of a ridiculous 100-1 reverse split, Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. (SPNG) is collapsing 30%+ in the first 30 minutes of trading today:

Does it matter if the stock bounces or drops more…no, because I can’t find any shares to short and while the stock probly will be choppy, this drop is most likely the beginning of the end…(although I did short sell a company related to SPNG today, only TIMalert subscribers know which one that is).

(and even though my TIMalert subscribers and I made 35% in one day shorting this BLATANT PUMP & DUMP the last time, I’ve taken a lot of heat since SPNG is a master manipulator, advertising their scam on baseball fields across America, even at the US open, sucking in the weak, greedy and gullible, forcing tens of thousands of people to hate penny stocks (don’t hate the game, learn it you weak feeble freaks!)

    R/S is the best thing that could have happened to this company. Long term investors havent lost anything by this fluctuation. Its funny how the worms (AKA Sykes) come out of the word work and say “I told you so”. It prevents wanna be penny know-it alls like yourself from becoming involved in this company.     I’m not miserable and not worried about my SPNG. It will be fine in the long run. You do a good job of scaring these newbies away. I’m fine with them selling right now so thanks Timmy. We’ll see who has the last laugh on this.

Can you also explain how I’ve been able to make 75K in profits on this with only 25K invested? Yes, that is realized gains, while increasing my position to a free 500K shares. Hum, maybe I should write a book and make a program. If you’re getting $750 for your program on a 35% gain I should be able to make $7500. I also laugh at your 475% posted “verified” gains over the last two years as that is verified fake trading, not real dollars.

I however think that there are some penny stocks that show long term potential and I think SPNG is one of them. Just look at their financials and there sales growth. You can’t deny the growth.

    You have said before that the sponges may be real, but SPNG management has a history of pump and dump. Can you show me some proof on that? I know management owns many different companies, many of them questionable in my book (Vanity Holdings or whatever its called), however even if you are correct about them having a history of pump and dump, maybe they want to make SPNG a legit company like they seem to be doing.

    I don’t see a downside to holding this long. Can you give me a valid downside based on fact? The reverse split will take them to NASDAQ. I haven’t seen or ever heard of a pump and dump NASDAQ security, have you? If you have can you also give me an example of that?

I’m not some first time investor who decided to jump in on SPNG based on hype. I have done DD on everything I’ve held long. I’ve bought some blatant pump and dumps for the short term ride, however most of my portfolio is full of solid large cap value stocks. Yes, there are still many of them out there.

    when promoters are paid to pump a stock and then they dump shares they were also given…that is a pump & dump. if u moron longs want analysis, go back and read my posts, i linked to SEC filings and copied and pasted from stockpromoters.com, i’ve moved on to new pump and dumps, i suggest u do the same

    If you’re so sure that SPNG is a pump and dump then you should be sure that you can outperform it in the next year. You’re not willing to challenge that, because you’re afraid of getting beat by sponges and afraid that if you lost you’d have to admit you were wrong.

When it comes to small caps and penny stocks, I’ll stick with Peter Leeds. His subscription costs less and is very solid. Not only that he’ll answer your questions with intelligent analysis and not general statements. He’ll even do it for free on his facebook for those who can’t afford to pay. I’m a paid member as its worth the money.
