This was sent to TIMalert subscribers at 8PM EST last night, giving them 12+ hours to prepare for the trading day:
I made this quick video yesterday because the stock I was researching just begged me to expose it…this is what a pump & dump looks like
TIM trading account—now stands at $73,733, lost $800 on my latest OPXA short, now I’m flat for the month, very disappointing but some stocks just don’t work, very undisciplined trading on my part, for that I apologize, still up 73% in 2009 and up 494% in the last 22 months
Longer Term Account $57,00ish, down $600 on my BVCP short, tough to short scams, but the facts are just so overwhelming, account is up 15% since May 2009 inception…this account can be auto-traded by subscribing HERE

TIMalert subscriber gains of $400 today, we all hate OPXA, with a passion, some stocks do that to you:
Shorted 2000 TIV @ $2.74, covered @ $2.50 for a tidy $480.00 profit. Thanks Tim. I owe everything I know about trading to you. If there are any doubters I am living proof that this strategy works.

GVBP is for TIMalert subscribers only!
Opexa Therapeutics Inc. (OPXA) I just suck on this stock…got squeezed on my short yet again, losing another $800, now $2,000 loss total…it just does not want to break $4, although it fell right back down there late day so tomorrow it possibly cracks…I won’t be there, some stocks are good to trade, some aren’t…this isn’t good for me and I am psyched out so no matter how juicy it looks, I’ll stay away.
CARDIAC NETWORK INC (CNWI) surged from 20 cents/share to 90 cents/share before dropping to 50 cents/share yesterday intraday…that’s the kind of drop I’m looking for on GVBP, both are stock promoted pieces of crap…no shares available to short on CNWI anyway…and yes, while finding shares of these pump & dumps is tough, they’re practically gimmes on the way down so don’t expect borrowing to be easy.
Vermillion, Inc. (VRMLQ) really jumped 140% to $3ish and its only a $20 million company…this is why marketcap matters so much, tiny marketcaps can become bigger very easily…now it’s a potential short on any excess strength, but finding available shares is tough so I probly won’t play it.
Tri-Valley Corporation (TIV) tanked 15% form the get go and even though it faded nicely all day, I don’t like shorting stocks that are down that much as you risk a comeback spike…congrats to the few TIMalert subscribers who profited from this….now its consolidated enough so I’m barely watching it.
Ambassadors Intl., Inc. (AMIE) was the 50 cent/share stock that tripled to $1.50, but it was due to restructuring, not stock promotion…it dropped 20% today and I bring it up only as a lesson that while I focus on shorting stock promotion, these plays work sometimes too…could tank some more as its just the first down day, but it’s still not my kind of setup due to the restructuring so next!
Zoom Technologies, Inc. (ZOOM) is for TIMalert subscribers only!
Advanced Engine Technology (AENG) spiked from 10 cents to 40 cents/share on 200,000+ shares and yet there’s no news, no message board activity…just one to watch for potential short since the longterm chart is horrible.
WorldGate Communications, Inc. (WGAT) keeps running, up 17% to $1.30ish…old highs are $1.55, looking for double-top for a potential short, but if it breaks out on enough volume, it might even be a potential buy.
YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) is for TIMalert subscribers only!
