This Is My Top Student, Up $75,000+ In A Year…

Posted by Timothy Sykes on Fri 10th of Jul, 2009 08:15:37 AM

I can’t make this stuff up, this is the high school photo of the guy who has made over $75,000 and $30,000 in 2009 using the trading strategy outlined in all of my instructional DVDs…he’s also the first TIMalert lifetime subscriber…and he has THIS cool chart (scroll down) of his trading gains using my stuff!

Behold, Reaper aka Michael Goode, the blogger behind Goode Value:

He’s actually a really nice/great guy (I met him at my Vegas seminar), but just know, if I can help make this guy $75,000+ richer, guess what I can do for you

  • YG - thanks for the comment. I grew my beard out that long once, years ago. Even I admit it looked a little freaky.

Jamal - I don't do Covestor for my trading accounts because it doesn't support auto-import from my brokers (Penson, IB, Sogo, & Goldman). Too much hassle to enter it by hand. You can see a few trades from my old ThinkorSwim account (which I do not use anymore): http://www.covestor.com/mbr/goodevalue2
  • LOL nice beard reap!! Brent, Mike is on vacation and possibly trading too last I heard.

    Hey MIchael,

Congratulations on making 75k, awesome stuff man. Just a quick question. Your Covestor seems to be reflecting a different strategy to Pennystocking. If you are intent on having your trades verified by Covestor for Buy and Hope then why aren't you also using Covestor for Pennystocking. Fair enough that you created a chart of your performance, but this is not verified.

    Cheers dude,

    Keep the trading up.

  • Tim,

    Nice backhanded compliment. Funny.

Way to go reaper. You have a new reader of your Blog, and thanks to Tim, I am certain you will have many more!

  • I should say that that picture is from a few years ago back in my college days. I look more normal now. See a picture of me and Tim Sykes here: http://twitpic.com/9vu9l

And to the inevitable questions about how much I trade with, I'll say only that I have never used more than $100k in a Sykes-type trade (and that, only once). I have more in my trading account, but I use that extra money for other types of trades. As Tim readily admits, the biggest problem with his strategy is that it is not scalable.
