		<description>How about the SEC actually clean up the dodgy BS practices of these penny stocks before even looking at short sellers. So its OK if a company wants to frauduently represent their earnings...but if you short the stock...naughty naughty.

The best defense might be a suggested procedure for dealing with abuses. Perhaps the RICO act ought to apply? How about a real SEC that is not a tool to pick on the little guy and small B/Ds, but acts in the face of the Madoffs of this world?</description>
