Yes, I did anticipate today’s RINO breakout by 8 days, as you read HERE…
As I sent the following to TIMalert subscribers the other day:
Bought 1500 RINO at $9.80ish In My Longterm Account…I know, I know, it still has yet to breakout past the key $10 resistance, but I’m afraid if and when that does happen, it’s gonna run too far too fast and more importantly, I bought this in my longterm account so I’m gonna try to have patience and hold past $11 (no promises). After all, when I last bought the stock at $9.48, I was anticipating NASDAQ listing, today the company got it and yet it sold off all the way down to $8.12 this morning (which is why using stop losses in penny stocks is soooooo dangerous), shaking ALL the weak hands and now with the gradual uptrend all day and the ability for institutions to buy this stock (many can’t buy OTCBB-listed names) with a strong overall market, a strong story, PE of 5ish, a public competitor trading at 3-4x this valuation and a rabid bunch of traders who love posting on various message boards, methinks it breaks out big and go to $11-12 in the next week or so…anything higher is very possible, but not as predictable…so I’m long for the “longterm” as everyone awakens to this setup….remember fellow Chinese OTCBB-to-NASDAQ play APWR went from $10 to $30 within a few months of getting listed
I was a bit nervous since it wasn’t my typical pump & dump short sale…but I was confident enough because I have been trading for a decade and can sense good vs. bad trading setups…
In fact, I continued holding, even though I had a small loss, and today I felt it was looking good in the mid $9s so I tweeted (see the tweet HERE and more importantly follow me HERE!):
Is today the day $RINO goes over $10? I’m long & strong baby, just too few sellers, too amazing a story to keep this below double digits
I was right and today was the first day of a perfect perfect breakout above $10:
…which signals this thing is gonna continue its uptrend to the $11-12 range, at the bare minimum, especially since today’s breakout wasn’t on unsustainable volume (meaning volume will likely be greater tomorrow, shorts are gonna get squeeeeezed and momentum buyers will jump on…runs are only good to short on blow off top volume/price action, until now, shorts have been fighting this and tomorrow they should learn the meaning of why you don’t short stocks that keep coming close to breaking out, especially when the breakout eventually succeeds!)…most TIMalert subscribers seem content to hold, but several TIMalert subscribers have already taken profits:
I believe RINO runs but I’ve seen it break $10 and crash to many times, I’m out!!!! +$2862

I’m still jetlagged like a B so I can’t even think right now, but this stock is sooooo perfect for longs (shorts I dare you to short perfect breakouts, you’re gonna get crushed!) and my call, while certainly not perfect, was good-to-very-good and my TIMalert subscribers are making money.
You know from my instructional DVDs and my 420% return over the past 2 years that I’m mainly a short seller, but great setups like this do occur and they must be bought…many think RINO will go to to $20, sure, that is possible…but not probable.
Learn to focus on taking smaller profits, like this breakout past $10 almost guarantees further continuation as subscribers to services like Zacks and Motley Fool just found out about this stock today (see late-as-usual research HERE and HERE) because the financial media is incompetent. Seriously.
Good and bad stories take time to filter down to the journalist wannabes and the ANALysts (who will start coverage of PE under 10 RINO next week…guess what they’re gonna say?!?!?!) so if you have any research skills whatsoever and you’ve learned to play the game from educational guides HERE, you have a clear advantage over the ignorant and incompetent that pollute this niche along with the wannabe researchers who just got dominated by good ‘ole one-man-operation TIMalerts…yeahhhh, the game really is this easy once you’ve been arund long enough and you have any intelligence whatsoever.
