TIM trading account—now stands at $65,697, down $200 on RINO so far and I ended up making only $200ish on VRAL, very disappointing, horrible exit on my part, but still a profit…now up $1,500ish in July alone, up 55% in 2009 and up 430% in the last 20 months, up from my original $12,415 November 1, 2007.

Longer Term Account $51,918, no trades/positions, up $1,918 since May 1st inception

Despite my lackluster personal trading (I was due considering I was up nicely on 11 out of my last 12 trades aka unsustainable), TIMalert subscribers still managed to profit $3,000 or so on the day:

VRAL is obviously a disappointment, but I’ll always cut trades quickly when the stock doesn’t act the way I want it to…I had a terrible terrible exit at 10 cents/share, most TIMalert subscribers sold at 11, but that’s the upside of my strategy—even when I screw up, I usually still have a profit since the setup is so good…today is when this pump will be on TV…at noon EST…so it’s still a potential buy, not a short yet since this infomercial will air repeatedly and suckers will buy each time

NVNC was a great big dropper, fully, fully fully predictable…some TIMalert subscribers found shares and banked as the stock dropped 40%+ in one day…those of you frustrated that you can’t find shares, duhhhhhh…these easy gimmes are ALWAYS gonna be the hardest to borrow 9 imes out of 10 you’ll fail to find shares, but when you do, it’s like finding money on the street! JAZZ managed to suck in a vulture financing fund to give them some money at discount prices so the stock spiked from $3.75 to $5 yesterday morning then did a perfect afternoon fade once people realized they sold shares in the mid $3s, not the mid $4s!!! This is always a potential short, but I want a bigger spike first, please JAZZ, come out with some more fluff press releases!

DYAX is a nicely longterm failing biotech, now up from $2 to $3 in just a few days after doing a financing deal at $2…somebody’s pumping it up, potential short for sure

RINO was a great breakout to $10 after I bought 1500 shares at $9.48 for about an hour, but it tanked into the market close, mainly due to momentum traders being scared out of the perfect double top at $10ish…I initially bought because THIS SEC filing is a precursor to an official press release about a NASDAQ listing so even though its price dropped, I blame the nasty overall market and I think it retests $10 in the next few days, ideally breaking it on any NASDAQ press release…remember, this is a real company and even though I don’t trust Chinese companies, they just hired a new CFO and competitor DGW is valued at 3-4x this play….will try to be longterm on this but if the overall market keeps tanking, it’s gonna be tough for me to risk much here

NVGN and MSHL reported positive drug news and both spiked…first up day, could have continuation potential for another day, but remember how good a short these stocks were last spike up, I’d say both are potential shorts on any excess strength and proper fading price action as outlined in my PennyStocking DVDs
